1 starBladeHQ has officially lost me as a customer. My $300 order was lost in transitnot by my choice of courier, but by theirs. Instead of stepping up and making things right with priority shipping or any real sense of urgency, they hid behind policy while I waited weeks for resolution.When a company fails to deliver, true customer service means going above the bare minimum. Instead, BladeHQ made it clear that keeping their policies consistent mattered more than keeping a loyal customer.I would have happily paid more for *** upfront, but BladeHQ never gave me the option. And after two orders in a row with shipping failures, the best they could do was slow-walk a replacement and tell me thats just our policy.If you value your time, your money, or your patiencelook elsewhere. Plenty of great knife retailers exist that actually care when things go wrong. BladeHQ isnt one of them.Review fromJason M

5 starsFew people have the time to review every product or service they encounter. However, when I found out that the customer support team is as high quality as the products sold at BladeHQ, taking a few moments to share feedback for the community is the least I can do.I reached out to the support team to inquire about a potential tech glitch with my order. ******* was very prompt to begin assisting me. ******* maintained a sympathetic mentality when explaining the situation and the steps he was taking to resolve it. Along with that, everything was completed and delivered before I had time to acknowledge his initial communication. After everything, its easy to say that they got a new loyal customer.

Their prices are competitive, and their customer service is friendly, responsive, and helpful. On the one occasion I had to make a return, they didn't dicker or obfuscate.
