      Ive been looking for the **** Hirin everywhere and found it out of stock at Blade HQ. I emailed them asking if they are going to get it back in stock and I received a reply in about 12 hours. Wasnt the answer I was wanting, but *** the representative got back to me really fast. It normally takes companies days to get back to me.

      I recently purchased the ******************* Knife and Wristwatch combo and, unfortunately, the compass in the wristwatch was defective right out of the box. However, the experience was made much better thanks to their customer service.I contacted support and was immediately assisted by ***** *., who was both professional and understanding. Cloey apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a few options: a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. I chose the full refund, and the process was smooth and quick. I really appreciated how diligent Cloey was in making sure everything was handled efficiently and that I felt supported throughout.While the product itself had a minor issue, I was impressed with how the situation was addressed, and it gives me confidence in the store. I would definitely consider purchasing from Blade HQ again, knowing that their customer service is top-notch.

      Blade HQ is my go to site for new quality knives. Recently I ordered a knife and received two knives. I called Blade HQ and talked to Cloey and she immediately resolved my issue, helped me get a return label, and credited my account. Best customer service experience in a long time. In a world where the customer does not appear to matter any more and lots of "Not our problem" from the various online companies, Cloey and Blade HQ made me feel for a moment like I was the most important customer they had.
