The management team has shown discrimination multiple times now. I was required to have my car towed even though it was in good condition, it was because I didnt drive it and walked to work. I adopted a pet in 2024, followed proper procedures with email proof, and they attempted to charge a year later. I reached out after another tenant told me I dont belong there and my concern was neglected. The appliances dont work, and Ive been charged maintenance fees for their flaws. The place is literally falling apart, happy to share pictures if requested. They took luxury off of the sign after a bomb went off and still raised rent. No amenities worth the price and there are many unhappy residents.

I had contacted Peak Living Company about a pest control issue at my apartment that is affecting my bedroom at *******************. It will be over a month since I have not lived at my place. I was told by the company that since I'm not able to stay in my bedroom, the rest of my space is livable. I asked about the reduction of rent, and that question was ignored. I spoke with the property manager at *******************, and the pest control company they use will NOT treat my apartment because I do not have photos of whatever is biting me. I even asked if the pictures of bites would be sufficient, and the property manager stated it would not help. I am currently not living there, and if I am to live there, I require a reduction of rent for the time I was not able to stay.

While we certainly understand your frustration, we must, unfortunately, comply with the treatment requirements set by the pest control vendor. The only person who can approve any reduction of rent is the Regional Manager, and the onsite team should be able to provide you with their email address.

    Thank you.

Peakliving sent me a check in the amount of $85.00 after stating i was responsible for wear and rate in the bath tubs located at ***************************** . And also stated I had massive stains and charged me for that as well when i had photos of the carpet after leaving my deposit was $400 and all i received was $85.00 once i got the check and made the deposit two days later the check came back as returned . I was not only charged the fee of the check $85 but the fee from my bank . I have emailed and called them and have yet to resolve this issue my next steps are to push the issue and pursue legal matters because it is the principle!

Hello,We had an email thread with you, in which you replied, on Friday, 3/14/2025. We advised that the check was not endorsed by you on the back which is what caused the check to bounce. We have had a new check issued and mailed to you on 03/13/2025 to deposit. As the issue with the attempt to deposit the check was not Peak Living's fault, we are unable to provide any further compensation.Thank you.

Racist, filthy, lying , sexual harassment, back stabbing and thats just ***** ***** ****** ******** and ***** **** ..Do yourself a favor and completely skip ******* gardens apartments in **************** ****.. you can find a way better place for way less money and trouble. I lived there 1 and a half years and it was terrible.. the manager lies about everything and I dont even think peak living even really exists. If you dont use there jetty payment system then they take advantage of some other way but just do your own research and see how scandalous it really is..

Been trying so hard to fight but I've had this somber disposition and feeling of helplessness, anger, hurt, oppression and just plain ole defeat. I am hoping that someone somewhere can assist me...I wouldn't wish any of this on anyone...it's the worst. I haven't slept in days...On Sunday, December 29, 2024 around 7am my vehicle was towed from in front of my door at my place of residence (It was not illegally parked)! This was a sheer act of "abusive towing" practices and unfortunately my property management company is trying to find cause versus just holding their vendor accountable for this kind of practice.I have not received any information from this company in regards to my car and no notice was left or anything. I would not have even known if my neighbor hadn't called me to inform me whilst also letting them know they were mistaken and the car belonged there but in her words "they snatched yo sh*t"! I would have thought it had gotten stolen because there is NO WAY I would expect my car to be towed from my front door.....complete BS!I responded back to Peak Cares on Tuesday (1.7.25) morning after receiving a reply from my initial contact and as of now, Thursday 7:22pm 1.9.25 I have yet to get a response to my email which outlined why this was completely wrong. My car was part of an end of month quota grab and that is just sickening.Unfortunately, yet truthfully, in my tenure here things go unanswered. I've been a responsible member of this community since relocating to ****** in 2017. If the property wants us to have resident parking tags, simply provide them along with visitor tags we can provide our guests. There is no reason to have 3rd party tow companies towing cars away from in front of our doors. My car was part of a "go find cars to bring us (tow company) some money", that is so sickening! This kind of oppression is disgusting and who does it truly benefit? I just want my car back!!!

Hello,Peak Cares did respond to your email on Tuesday, January 7, at 9:34 MST and the reply came from *********************************** It may be hiding out in your junk or spam folder. Additional replies to your email were sent yesterday, Friday, January 9, beginning at 7:51 AM, and you responded to that email and a successive thread between you and Peak Cares began. While your car may not have been illegally parked, it was in violation of the Parking Addendum you signed with your recent lease, as described in the email ******** mentioned in our emails, you're welcome to get your car back, all you need to do is pay the tow company, as does everyone else who is towed.

Do not bother renting. I was overcharged on my last month of rent because of a leak that affected my water bill, and my community manager said she could do nothing about it and to reach out to corporate. Nobody answers the phone calls at the corporate office, nor do they return voicemails. To this day they have not called me and wait until the end of the work day to reply to any emails. They are constantly changing management and mishandling files that results in you paying the price. I have been out of my apartment for 2 months now and I am still resolving matters that occurred at *******************. Corporate has been emailing me once a day explaining how they cant give me my money back because I did not have a security deposit when I have receipts showing I transferred to the company of their choosing. Again, they are always changing something and never consistent. Do not rent here or waste your time trying to contact anyone. Peak Cares should do better and have more actual humans at their discretion to take their consumers concerns seriously.

After reviewing our information regarding your residency and move out from ********, we noted the following:1.Leak/Water: Your account was provided a credit of $215.34 on 9/7/2024 due to the leak in your home which increased your water ****************: ************************ here at Peak Living provided the information regarding the deposit through RHINO when you moved in was neither renewed by 1/16/2024 by ***** Page ******* Holder) nor was the deposit paid to the local office or transferred to Jetty. If you have proof of such a transfer to Jetty, please provide it to us at ********************************** for further ************* Backs: You contacted the Peak Cares Team on 11/22/2024. They contacted you back the same day at 3:50 MST and left a message. The team then contacted your roommate Saiieda ****** on 11/25/2024 after the team sent an email response to her concern on 11/22/2024. They were called at 8:48 AM and could not leave a message as the voicemail was not set up. Again, please provide us with your documentation for review. The refund owed has been provided and received. If I could leave 0 stars ~ this is mainly about a specific complex they manage ********************** in ** Spr, **I am a victim of domestic violence, still dealing with it actually ~ after I informed the complex management directly, the property manger at that time up & quit didnt forward any of my information to anyone 3 weeks later in may I asked the **** manger about the status of my claim she said she had no clue & then I had forwarded the info to her which I was told would be sent to the district manger which happen to be at the property since management was not available ~ in my lease there is a clause ~ notice of occupancy rights under the violence against womens act which allows me to relocate or move out without any wrong doing on my part ~ another month had passed & I hadnt heard anything from anyone ~ in the midst of all of this I had lost 2 jobs due to the domestic violence. I had tried to be in constant contact so there were no **************** is or has been resolved. I am now having to deal with a potential eviction after I had given ample notice to not renew my lease because I have to move due to no job & the domestic violence. Its really disappointing that someone in my position is having to deal with this kind of abuse & the apartment complex doing nothing to help protect me. They dont communicate & what little bit of communication they state they try they just ask if my contact info is correct & that they thought I had relocated. There is nothing regarding the status of my giving them all the documentations they require to prove Ive got a domestic violence case & that they are going to honor the clause. Its stressful enough to have to deal with abuse from a person & then have to deal with the lack of help from entities that say they are going to help & losing jobs.

Thank you for contacting Peak Living with your concern regarding your apartment home at ****************************.
After speaking with The Regional Manager, we have confirmed that you were offered to transfer to another unit or to be let out of your lease early. It appears that you were interested in transferring however needed time to think about the options given.
The Regional Manager then informed you that the option for transferring could not be guaranteed due to the availability of apartments at that time while waiting for your decision.
We have confirmed that our onsite team had been in contact with you regarding this concern and while following up on this, were notified that you had submitted your notice to vacate.
We sincerely apologize for your experience. We are more than happy to work with you. Please reach out to your onsite team directly for further assistance regarding this matter. They can be reached at *******************************************************************.

The absolute worst management company ever. They took over our complex a few years back and it's been h*** ever since. Our mailboxes are broken and our mail has been stolen for months. Nobody will fix them. Also our water bill fluctuates between $175-$300 per month and no one can tell us why and when you go in the office to inquire they threaten to call the police on you. I sent an email to corporate back in May in regards to an incident with one of their employees and they never emailed me back. They never answer the phone. You cannot get in contact with anyone at the corporate office. This company needs to be investigated and shut down immediately.

Absolutely god awful company. They over-charged us for cleaning at *********************** and are not willing to work with us to avoid having bills sent to collections. Do not rent from them under any circumstances, because they will steal money from you when you decide to move out from one of their apartments. The new buildings they built are not worth the price, as they are rapidly deteriorating and are not built to last. Their "luxury" apartments are just overpriced apartments.

Horrible place. The manager ******** I think is an evil person. I'm physically disabled and peak living forced me to park 1/8 mile away and walk in the snow risking life. Staples in the floor with pictures. The manager faked a bunch of charges, I left the place cleaner then when I moved in. She fraud scammed me out of my deposit like I told her she was gonna do. Stole my money and claimed that a months rent was ***** bucks market value. Worst company I've ever rented from. Nothing was true they broke lease after 3 weeks of renting. Changing everything that gave me incentive to rent. Don't rent from them. You will get screwed over by the old obese manager that 2 faced.

Thank you for reaching out and leaving a review. Per the lease, your notice to vacate must be a minimum of 60 days, and when you turned in your notice the 60 days extended past the end of your lease, thus you were charged the 1 month rate listed on the renewal offer sent to you before your lease ended. That 1 month rate was $3906. If you would like to submit proof of the condition of the apartment when you moved in and when you moved out, please email that documentation to our ********************* at ********************************** so that they can review it for you. Please be advised that the proof must be date and time stamped. You can also inform them of any other charges you feel may be inaccurate for their review. Thank you.
