      We have had several issues with Skyline solar to include damage to a newly shingled roof that they refused to pay the entire bill to replace it and now 1/3 (12) of our panels do not function. Like many of the people on the site, Skyline will not respond to phone calls or emails. I would highly encourage those having issue with Skyline to contact your State Attorney General's office and file a complaint with their consumer credit office.

      We purchased solar panels from Skyline Solar in October of 2020. They were installed in December of 2020. They produced for ok, not great for almost 2 years. We recently found out from ******** **** Electric, that the panels have not been producing since January 2023. That's over 2 years we've been paying for them and they are not working. We have called Skyline Solar and the phones ring with a busy signal. This company is a scam and the owner is a *****. I wish we would have looked into this more before we purchased from them.

      I'm currently paying for solar panels that don't work from skyline solar but the company and the lifetime warranty has disappeared and cannot be reached.

      Installers came in April to apply solar panels. They were installed incorrectly and were to come back to correct the failed installation. They did not return for 5 months. I was told they were in Utah. In September 2023, they finally returned, fixed things and turned on the power. But for the 5 months from April to September, I was being charged monthly payments from the finance company, Setvicefinancecompany,LLC. I reached out to them but they said it is the Installer problem. I have emailed Skyline Solar several times to no avail. If you call them, it just hangs up and you get to talk to No One. *** ********. I suffered a brain injury DAI in Spring 2023 and was hospitalized and placed in therapy. This is why I did not reach out sooner. I am better now and could use your help, please. Thank you. I recently paid finance company $9,975.

      We recently purchased a solar system from skyline which we’re paying for now along with our energy bills. We were supposed to receive a $1000 referral, have access to help when needed and have been lied to by them. We’ve tried emails, texts and phone numbers we used as the system was being installed. Now that it’s finished and we need help none of those work. Any searches that pull up a skyline contact has busy signals/“oops this page can’t be found” responses. Never ever use this company if considering solar. The pattern seems to be entering a state and then closing up shop once they’ve made enough money. Scott Knudsen is the owner of the business and has a Utah address but no way to contact. Emma D********* was our salesperson who was easily reachable until installation was complete. She will not respond to her texts or emails either and she used all of that as well as zoom calls to work with us. We really hope no one uses this company for any solar needs. Wish we would have looked more into this company and people involved.

      We purchased solar panels for our home on 9/28/23 and they have been working well but we have questions regarding production. We have attempted to make contact with the company via phone calls, email, text, placing work order tickets, etc., and have either never received a return response or recently, only get busy signals on their listed business phone, emails fail to go through, and mailboxes are reported full. We heard regularly from them once our unit was installed, asking for referral names of anyone we would know that would be interested in solar panels, but now once we have questions - cannot get anyone to respond.

      We purchase a solar system including many panels on our roof earlier this year. It went active in February/March. We utilized their lender and financed over $70,000 through Good Leap. Now the system is not producing electricity. I have called many times and get hung up on by the auto attendant. I have sent emails and requested service via their website but have had absolutely no response.

      We signed a disclosure for the solar to be installed with a 120 day guarantee on March 23,2024. There was severe lack of communication through the entire process, the company did not send my loan in until August 2024 and my install was not completed and live until October 15th 2024. That is way over the 120 day guarantee. I have tried to get in touch with the company with not response from email, contact inquiries on there website as well as by phone. They will not respond. In the 120 day guarantee they state that they will make loan payments until the install is completed. I expect 3 months of loan payments credited and they are not able to be reached to hold them liable in enforcing their guarantee. Worst off, they delayed the loan processing so the loan was not due to be paid until Nov 2024.

      We have attempted to contact Skyline Solar several times through email, web support and phone. We have gotten zero response back from them and every time we attempt to call their provided phone number it seems as though the number is still there but the extensions are disconnected. All possible options to leave a voicemail are not available as all inboxes are full. This attempt has started back in July of 2024 as we requested repairs to our solar panels. They did come out and attempted to fix the issue but then created additional issues. We tried to contact them to inform them of these issues and that they would need to come back, but nothing from them. Now, here we are, still paying full payments, for solar panels that aren't even working, and can't even get in contact with this company to resolve this issue. Nor can we contact another company to come fix this as this voids our warranty with Skyline Solar.

      We had solar panels installed March 2023, with great service. Our house was struck by lightning at night on 10/3/24, and our panels have been operating at half capacity since then. We have been trying to contact them several times with no acknowledgement or response back since 10/4. We have paid a significant amount of money for the panels, with a large loan left. Original loan was $48,751, amount left is $20,850.41. We specifically went with them based on reputation and service level which has now disappeared.
