      Very deceptive return policy. They make you pay a separate "free" return fee, What they do not tell you is they do not refund you your money. They o lt give an in store credit. I have been trying g to communicate with them. There is only an email option. Live chat has never been available when during posted hours. Stay away from this comoany.

      False advertising. Placed an order based on knowing return policy as advertised first which states: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell. Items returned will be refunded in full - including shipping and handling fees - and will be credited to the credit card used to place your order. You won’t be charged for the return shipping. After receiving order and requesting to initiate return three times by email and by AI chat no return option provided.

      Merchant did not fully disclose that no returns were available for credit. Merchant charged me additional for "quick ship" but then said that "quick ship" only brings the order to the top of the line and does not guarantee a "quick ship". No details available as to what "quick ship" means. I was charged for free returns and I was only given a credit for $146.00 when the total purchase was $156. As I emailed questions to the company, my emails were responded by condescending remarks which were unrelated to my request. Game playing. The quality of the product is subpar and not what is promised in the website. I want my credit card refunded.

      I placed an order on February 3, 2025 for a Brigette Brianna travel set, and was aware of their free return service. What I didn't know is that they will not offer any refunds, only store credit. While the travel set arrived quickly, the material is very cheap and flimsy, and the fit was only appropriate for someone over 6 feet tall with a very short torso. I emailed several times to request a refund with NO response. I posted a comment on their Instagram page with the message of Please be aware that this store offers NO refunds, only store credit - which was promptly removed by SexyModest. It's unreasonable for any apparel company to deceive their customers that they will be refunded if unsatisfied. In addition, there are NO reviews on any of their websites or social media sites other than fake, happy customers. I don't believe this for a minute.

      I purchased the items 1/17 and was quoted a delivery time of 5 business days. There was zero communication from the company that the items were actually back ordered. These were not shipped until 2/3. They were purchased for a trip that had already passed. I requested the order to be canceled on 1/31 (before shipment). They ignored this and are now refusing to accept a return for a refund. Only offering store credit that I do not need or want.

      I have 2 major concerns with this company that I think need to be addressed: 1-the offer a “free returns and package protection that you have to pay an additional fee for on your order misleading you to believe you can return your purchase for a refund if you do not like the item only to find out when you click to start return that they do not offer a refund-only store credit. This is very deceptive and makes the buyer feel safe about purchasing as you assume with the extra purchase your covered to return and get a refund. I strongly believe the google reviews are paid or fabricated. You look at these reviews before making a purchase and the we’re all “rave reviews “. After the above purchase I reviewed more sites like yelp and BBB which all have horrible reviews.

      They will only give you store credit. I was unhappy with the products ordered and the company refused to issue me a refund. The policy is extremely misleading. I paid extra for return protection only to be denied the return. Do not purchase from this company. Poor quality and poor customer service.

      I ordered clothing and PAID FOR FREE RETURNS. When attempting to return, they said I could only exchange and I should have read their site more carefully. The quality of the merchandise i received does NOT meet my standards and I do not want any other items from this store.

      Company offers only a credit rather than a refund. This is not explained anywhere on their website or at any point in the purchasing process. I tried to return an item that was not the color shown on the website, and only then found out that I can only get a store credit.
