I purchased a three piece set from this boutique weeks ago. They shipped the item to the wrong address and it was returned to sender three days ago . After calling, texting, emailing, and going on their chat service online throughout the day. Im still no closer to a resolution with this boutique. I filed a claim with my bank and put a stop payment on my account for this ********************. No human ever responded, heck not even a bot. I would definitely be aware if purchasing from this sneaky boutique.Review from Sally B

I bought 2 outfits at full price, they did not fit my petite frame. I contacted them 2 days after I received the product to find out how to return the items. I found out they do not allow returns, only store credit, I have never heard of that so I would not recommend them.Review from Ann O

The quality is negligeable. I tried to return some items that did not fit, a very short time after I received them. The company denied my claim. Wow! 2 outfits are not true to size! Wanted to order an exchange yet they charge for an exchange. I opted to get my own mailing label rather than paying for their high price yet now they wont exchange my outfits at the sale price I bought them, only offering a store credit!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY; they are not reputable and unavailable by phone!Review from Julie M

I wish I would have read these comments before ordering. The REFUND policy is not a REFUND! They will only give you store credit. The look of this set is terrible. The pants were extremely long and would need to spend additional money to hem, but they werent even flattering at all. The pockets stick out while the waist was tight, so it looked terrible. The cardigan was tight, and not proportional to the other items. Not happy!Review from Cindy R

Buyer beware!!!I purchased the travel set thinking it would be soft and comfortable, the material is itchy and the fit is awful.Tried to get a refund and they will not refund my money. Product is cheap with puckered hem and is see-through. Bought a 3 piece and each piece was disproportionate to each other.Biggest problem is the "refund" policy which only allows "in store credit". I asked 3 times for my money back and they responded with "hey girl" and a response saying it was impossible to refund my money to my card. When I resorted to using my "in store credit" because I had no other option, they refunded me the $9 extra dollars it was going to cost me to ship. This was even more frustrating considering they'd told me 3 times previously it was impossible to refund money to my card.Review from Geri P

Horrible - Ill-advertised return policy. A return is when you REFUND the customer. Nothing clearly states you will ONLY give store credit. No refund policy. Only store credit on returned merchandise. I ordered the Brianna ********** travel set in black. The order took over a month to receive. Once I received it and tried it on I was disappointed. The pants in large were very long. They were at least six inches longer than any pants Ive ever tried on. The jackets arm width was tight and did not cover my chest. It just hung loose at my sides. The white tee I ordered had bunching at the seams. I dont like the quality of these items and want my money back. Instead they only give store credits. I dont really think Ill find anything from them that I will be happy with based on the quality Ive already seen
