My Knife was stolen, from right in front of my house .I called up to see what I should do. There where so extremely helpful...I must admit, I was extremely upset...they worked with me..Im getting another one sent out in a week... They went way beyond ,what other companies would do. I have recently purchased some knives but have purchased knives before from BLADE HQ. Ive never had an issue with my knives until now. So I reached out and there response was so fast I almost missed it. Usually if you email a company it may take awhile for a response, yes we all have been there. I just want to say how awesome there customer service team member *** *. reached out to me, chatted a bit. I was approved for return and a label was created. It makes the consumer such as myself feel comfortable, confident that when purchasing an item online that you cant feel or touch, a great return policy is number 1 in my book.
