      Probably the best customer service experience Ive ever had. I contacted them using the link on the site to ask about a military discount. They contacted me back quickly to let me know what I needed to do. The same rep ********** stuck with me from the beginning of the interaction, right through to the end to make sure I got the discount. It was so nice to be able to work with a real person, and the same person the whole way through. Ill be a customer for life.

      I really like this site. Being very interested in *** and tactical blades I check in pretty often, and my little issue with two factor authentication logging in was taken care of right away, and working with the representative let them know that there was a little omission in regards to help in informing some people about exactly how your two factor authentication works. Overall Im very satisfied and I look forward to browsing regularly, as well as now creating some wishlists and some future purchases.

      Will not be ordering from you again. Sent me a used knife that wasn't even the correct knife in the correct box. Refused to send out the correct order along with the return shipping label for the wrong used one I received. Forcing me to order another once my money was refunded. I don't think I will.
