              I ordered some supplements from this company and was billed $239.99. the following month a second delivery arrived and I was billed $239.99. I was not satisfied with the product, and didn't sign up for recurring deliveries. I called the customer service number and was told I was automatically signed up for monthly deliveries. I asked them to cancel and they said it would be cancelled. Requested a refund for the second delivery ($239.99) and they said too bad. I told them the product was unopened and wanted to return it for a credit to my account & requested return authorization # and address. I sent the package back with a cost of $21.84. The tracking #****************** SHOWED DELIVERY WAS ACCEPTED BY **** on 5/16/2024 @ 10;29am. I am requesting credit to my charge account for the amount of $261.83 for the returned product.

              May 5 2024 I purchased via Facebook Keto weight loss gummies. After I received the receipt/order confirmation, I noticed there was no company information, order tracking, or contact info available. I looked online and noticed other complaints regarding this company. I have filed a dispute with my banking institution as well.

              A window popped up on my FaceBook home page. Upon clicking on image advertising supplement to lose weight fast, it prompted automatic multiple products to be purchased for Trim Tummy bottles of gummies. They show AI videos of people losing substantial amount of weight. The phone number they provide is bogus. ###-###-#### Email address is ********************** No legitimate web site. Once purchase posted on my credit card account, it revealed business name Rev.com; a business secretarial school. They charge you multiple products in order to move on to check out. I did not want more than one. It is fraudulent, charging me $189.99.

              I can’t take the gummy per my pcp recommendation. I called right away to cancel the order and was told it cannot be cancelled which I know is a lie. They can cancel the order it’s just they choose not to cancel the order. I am also filing a dispute with my bank.

              Items were purchased from Trim Life which I believe was a company backed and endorsed by the members of Shark Tank. First shipment ordered was for 5 bottles at $212.99. When I called to dispute the charge, the company lowered the price to $179.00. Then, about 3 weeks I received an unauthorized shipment of another 5 bottles at $212.99. I again called the company regarding the charge and went back and forth so many times to get it resolved and each time I was introduced to another version of their unfair selling practices, pressure to settle, let me talk to my manger scenario, nothing we can do for you scenario, and on and on. In addition, I tried the first round of 5 bottles and the product did not work as was endorsed and advertised. What follows is the exact letter I sent to the Trim Life company upon receiving the second shipment: "Dear Trim Life Customer Service, Reference # (blank) I have enclosed the Trim Life product in the original FedEx packaging, sealed and unopened. Due to the FedEx package remaining sealed and unopened, the product itself remains in tact as well…sealed and unopened. I have taken photos of the outer packaging showing the package is in fact sealed and unopened and is being returned to you the same way. The RMA # provided me is (blank). Per our conversation and your agreement, I am requesting a full refund in the amount $212.99 to be returned to my credit card ending in ***** and understand it may take up to 2-3 weeks for the refund to appear in my bank account. Per direction of FedEx, I cannot put on the package “return to sender” and since you do not provide a return label, I am returning the package at my expense. Lastly, I requested my account be cancelled and therefore I am to receive no further shipments of any kind and/or quantity." To add insult to injury, I was charged a $10 per bottle restocking fee (5 bottles @ $10 = $50) even though I did not order the second shipment nor did I open the package.

              I had contemplated ordering this product but did not complete the sale. Cannot return and I am afraid now that they have somehow gotten my account info they will keep charging me hundreds of dollars. I just want to return them & get my money back none of the product has been opened or used.

              I purchased one order of Trim Drops for $199.99 and received 5 bottles. Now my credit card keeps getting charged 199 then 179 then 40. I have not ordered anything! This business is a scam to still your cc info and gain money.

              I saw a weight loss ad on facebook. I chose an option for 5 bottle for 199.99. I recieved my order. The following month, I recieved yet another order of 5 bottles and saw my credit card was charged another 199.99. I called the company and told them I NEVER agreed to a subscription I didnt even see a subscription metioned. I was then told I had to wait until Feb 11 to request a refund. It is now February 15. I have tried contacting them and the line goes busy immediately. This company needs to be put out of buisiness. After reading all the complaints here, I see they do this to everyone!

              This is a scam. I thought I was buying trim drops keto gummies and paid $199.99 for 5 bottles. The web site is trimdropsketo.com and when the charge came through is states full court male from Florida. I never got a conf email and never got an order #. When you call it is very vague and doesn't say who you are calling. When you leave messages no one calls you back. Do not believe it is part of shark tank either. I never received product and it was supposed to arrive in 3 business days. It's been 10. I filled a fraud claim with my cc.

              I saw a weight loss ad from shark tank. There was three sections to order bottles of gummies. I selected the one that stated one bottle for $59 and one free bottle. I proceeded with the process and once I was completed I notice it said that I also ordered a trim detox for $59 and was charged $69 for the gummies. I immediately called the customer service which stated that I needed to X out of the detox box. This is a scam. She also stated that she could not refund my money, but would give me 50% off. I told her I did not want these products, she put me on hold for a very long time. She came back and said that she would cancel my subscription, which I never saw anything about. I read everything prior to ordering and there was nothing notating this. I am very upset that this company is taking money from me. I don’t trust them and I want my money back. Do not buy from them. Scam!!!!
