This is a scam. I thought I was buying trim drops keto gummies and paid $199.99 for 5 bottles. The web site is trimdropsketo.com and when the charge came through is states full court male from Florida. I never got a conf email and never got an order #. When you call it is very vague and doesn't say who you are calling. When you leave messages no one calls you back. Do not believe it is part of shark tank either. I never received product and it was supposed to arrive in 3 business days. It's been 10. I filled a fraud claim with my cc.Initial Complaint

I saw a weight loss ad from shark tank. There was three sections to order bottles of gummies. I selected the one that stated one bottle for $59 and one free bottle. I proceeded with the process and once I was completed I notice it said that I also ordered a trim detox for $59 and was charged $69 for the gummies. I immediately called the customer service which stated that I needed to X out of the detox box. This is a scam. She also stated that she could not refund my money, but would give me 50% off. I told her I did not want these products, she put me on hold for a very long time. She came back and said that she would cancel my subscription, which I never saw anything about. I read everything prior to ordering and there was nothing notating this. I am very upset that this company is taking money from me. I don’t trust them and I want my money back. Do not buy from them. Ordered in October, received product. Did not like it and wanted to return it, but could not find anyone to call, email or an address to return it to. THEN...Dec 1, 2022...my credit card was charged for $199.99 with no order or approval from me. I received another full 5 bottles of this stuff. I have filed a fraud charge on both charges with my bank. This company is comitting fraud and the product is trash.Initial Complaint

I purchased a one time supply of their keto gummies for 199.99 in Nov. They are now billing me again for 199.99 in Dec for something I did not order or want. It was a clearly one time purchase. I want a full refund and no more re orders.Initial Complaint

I saw an ad online for Trim Drops Keto, price was $39.99 for 3 bottles with 2 free in which I thought would be a total of $119.97 when i selected to purchase & then it gave me my payment receipt it showing 5 bottles with total of $199.99 and then it added $49.99 for a bottle of Trim Drops Detox which I did not order for total of $249.98. I immediately called their customer service number showing on my receipt and after 3 attempts of calling someone named Max finally answered. He said he couldn't cancel my order, I told him that their ad was misleading & he said it's 3 bottle's at regular price and 2 bottles at $39.99 (didn't tell me what regular price was) and he also said that there was a box to check if I didn't want the Detox pills in which I didn't see when I said i wanted to finish my order. What can you do to get my money back? this is $249.98 I didn't expect to spend. they mislead me in thinking I was only spending $119.97. Thank you, *****Initial Complaint

I ordered only the Keto Gummy Drops from Keto Trim but was shipped (and billed for) the Detox supplements as well. Now they are saying that they cannot issue a refund for 60 days. I did not order this and I want a full refund of $69.99 immediately! I did not receive any order confirmation email from them to attach. Thank you! *****Initial Complaint

I purchased one bottle of ACV Keto gummies from Trim Life Labs. I specifically only purchased one bottle and NOT the subscription so that I could try them. Subsequently, I have been charged 75.94 for the past two months. The charge triggers a fraud alert. I’ve told my cc company that I have not authorized the charge. From a search on BBB, it seems as though I am one of many people who have experienced some kind of fraud from this company.Initial Complaint

I've had 2 charges to my account in less than 6hrs apart that are not authorized! $199 each! The 1st one I called while I was at work at the credit union in the fraud dept. While I was talking to rep she tried to have me buy at half price then said I was signed up for reorders. I said I most definitely did not! I double checked that before I bought the 1st order which btw hasn't done anything! Then she puts me on hold comes back and pretends she can't hear me. This company is a scam.Initial Complaint

i ordered one bottle of keto and trim life clean from these people and they sent me 5 bottles and charged me 199.00! i sent it back without accepting it because it was dropped off at my door without me signing anything. i returned it to fedex and they claimed they never received it!! i'm not the only one who this has happened to. there are others that have made a complaint to the bbb. they"re nothing but a bunch of crooks who are stealing our money and something should be done about this company. i'm a senior citizen and i don't have this kind of money to throw away. please help me. sincerely, ****** ******
