    Failure to diagnose and unethical practice of putting good parts on bad engine before professional diagnosis. Failure to repair car in an engine exchange ( bad engine for good used) as all oil leaked out on first high speed (400 mile) highway run resulting in a destroyed engine and junked car. Deception on warranty- pretend there is no warranty on the engine and or work performed when there is actually one, and then proceed to reveal there is a warranty in a card dispute (dishonest/deceptive practice) Failure to provide invoices for parts and labor and for signed authorization. Failure to show new parts, old parts pulled out, and give option for customer to take old parts, leading to potential defrauding of the customer. (How does customer know the shop did the job if they are not allowed to see any of the work, could be just old parts or cheap junkyard parts put in instead of new parts being charged for). Failure to hook up the car to emissions machine for emissions test and issuing a pass test on paper to the customer. Credit card fraud- stealing money that is unknown to the customer and unauthorized. Causing consequential damages for additional repairs that were done with repair to the engine and defective/worn external parts. Fail to correctly find (diagnose) and replace worn/defective parts to on the engine and surrounding external parts (lubricating, cooling, electrical ignition systems) as per standard used engine warranty requirements. And Incorrect installation of parts leading to engine damage and breakdown. Failure to notify customer of worn/defective engine and external parts per used engine warranty requirements or advise on correcting such risks. Failure to take responsibility, financial, service, or otherwise and violating regulations and norms of an auto repair shop, defrauding customers. Creating resulting conditions for hardship, pain, suffering, distress to customers.
