February 13, 2023 in the afternoon I went to have my nails filled. This was my second visit to this shop. I have real nails and get gel fill, French Manicure with glitter on the white tips. She did not make my nails even on both hands, the French was thick and the glitter bottle was near dried out and empty. As she filed my nails I did feel pain when she filed my nails but didn’t flinch or make her uncomfortable, at my own detriment. As I was leaving the mall I did feel pain on both my pinky fingers and saw they were slightly bleeding. I decided to suck it up and thought that it would heal overnight. Wrong! Today is Wednesday Feb 15th and they have just gotten worse even after 2 days on Neosporin. I called the business and spoke to the manager and he just said come in we will redo them? He said they all do the same work, with which I disagreed since the 1st girl did a good professional job this girl seemed angry at the world. I sat down at one station the first girl started my nails, then I was switched, I got up and went to the other station with the unfriendly girl. I have no clue what they were saying or why I was moved but I figured it was her turn to do the next customer, but she appeared out of nowhere and the switch up? Just my bad luck. because my fingers hurt, day 2. The price for a Fill she quoted me was $45 with a $10 tip so $55. But I was only charged $45 from my bank? So their pricing is uncertain as well as their employees. The managers total lack of empathy is what really struck me, he did not offer to reimburse me for the pain I suffered just wanted me to go back in again if which I refused. I think my nails are infected and I do have pictured to prove how red and swollen they are and will document my progress or lack of healing and will probably need medication. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else because this girl is having a bad day near Valentine’s Day because she is getting nothing. Boo who, but my nails are killing me. I realize the pics are poor it is hard to do with one hand.
