I have a solar company, and my solar panels aren’t working, so I called the company and they’re out of business. I have no one to come fix my panels, but yet I have a lien because I have a loan for the panels that I have never notified me that they were going out of business. .

I had a salesman come to my door and pitched to us that we could save money on our electricity. We agreed that we were paying too much especially in the summer. I submitted an application for service and was told our panels would be up by June 2023. However, that didn’t happen. The panels didn’t get installed until August 2023. Meanwhile, I was starting to get bills from GoodLeap who financed us for the cost of the panels. Well our inverter was not installed correctly. So Solcius repayed me for the GoodLeap payments since our panels had not been turned on yet. Then their customer service told me they were on and that it would be reflected on my next IID bill. Well I got the bill and IID stated the panels were not generating electricity. That is when we found out the company filed bankruptcy. Now I’m paying for both the electric bill and panels that aren’t even turned on. There is an error code that is showing and I can’t get a hold of anyone from the company or SolarEdge to fix it.

Solcius is our solar company. We have a lease to own contract with them. We pay 192 a month for lease to own. We have still been paying over 300 a month for electric. When we contacted our representative from solcius (****) said well maybe we didn't put enough panels on to cover the electric used. I asked him if something can be done and he said he would get back to me. I have yet to hear back. It's been 6 months. His email address comes back as being non existent. When I call solcius directly their "lines are down" all the time. I can't seem to get them to fix this issue. It's causing huge financial issues for our household. We are not getting what was promised.

Mar. 2022 I signed contract to install a solar system for my residential home. May of 2022 they installed solar panels on my roof but never finished installation. Feb. 2023 I notified them of leaks on ******* where they had installed the brackets for mounting the panels. Mar. 2023 they finally finished the installation. and I paid them 80 % of the total price of $17180.00. April 2023 I finally went online and system was up and running. They requested the final payment and I refused to pay till they fixed the leaks. In may of 2023 they finally fixed the leaks and I paid the balance. Now almost a year later I find more leaks on ******* in a different location. Trying to contact them but get no answer. Finally thru a search I find out they had filed for bankruptcy.

My inverter stopped working and I have not been able to get any assistance since July. I have received help in the past. I now realize that the company may be out of business and I do not know what to do.

I had my solar panels installed in June/July of 2022. They went online in January of 2023. Over winter I experienced severe leaking in my attic from the sight of the installation (screw holes.) I initially contacted Solcius customer service about the problem on January 23, 2024. I spoke with a Customer Service member who issued me a case number and forwarded my concern to the Warranty Department. When I followed up two weeks later with the Warranty Department, the phone number was listed as disconnected and the email address invalid. Since that time I have contacted my loan company for the solar panels (Good Leap), who recommended I call the solar panel manufacturers, Solar Edge, for a list of installers who might fulfill the warantee. I called Solar edge on March 25, 2024. They said they do not affiliate with any particular installers, but I could use their search engine to find installers near me. The nearest installers that serviced Wisconsin were listed as Iowa, Florida, and California. I contacted the installer in Iowa who said I was a "little too far away" for an inspection and that I should call a roofing company.
