      I purchased a home in Lake Elsinore, CA that had a Solcius Solar system. The system worked from March 2021 - March 2023. I googled Solcius about the warranty and repair. But google indicated that Solcius closed in CA. However, Energy Aid Solar's logo superimposed over the Solcius information. In desperation I scheduled a diagnostic test with Energy Aid for $299.99. The Energy Aid technician tested the system the same day. He stated that the communications board indicated a red light; he stated Socius warranty is still in effect and it would cover the cost of the part. Subsequently, I received a call from an Energy Aid salesman informing me of options without giving me an update of the warranty and the communications board. The salesman provided options for new equipment, but I explained I was told by the technician the communications board would be replaced by Solcius, and he'd return to install it. The salesman called again and pitched me with options (I'm feeling like this is scamish). I consented for them to obtain a communications board from Solcius and install it under the terms of the warranty. However, the Technician returned without a communications board and conducted another diagnostic test (a red light was on the communications board before he came out, but when he left the red light wasn't off, I turned on the switch to no avail. I wondered why the communications board red light wasn't lit or the new communications board wasn't installed. Later the salesman called again to provide options without updating me on the communications board, but instead he made a hard pitch with options again. Solcius and Energy Aid have deceptive business practices, and that was proven in my first conversation with the salesman when he caught himself before completing a sentence "we received the communications board" and you signed an agreement (gaslighting) as if they had the communications board from Solcius and they were ready to install it. Enough is enough!

      Poor customer service I had a really Bad experience Solar doesnt produces what they promised on the contract.Very expensive system not able to contact them. They told my roof was in good condition before the installation and now ******* is in bad shape. Took them 8 months to make it work.I am not at home much during the day and I still get bill from the electric company plus the solar loan.I dont see the savings yet.What can I do?

      This company has poor customer service. Their ********************** panels have not produce what they said they would. I hope there will be a class action law suit against them for misrepresentation of their products and services.

      We have a roof leak that Solcius hasnt stocked since May of 2023. Can we take legal action against them? Nobody responds on fixing the issue.

      Ive been trying to call this company for months had our solar system installed in 2019 but now its not working Ive been calling and its only going to voicemail. We are still under warranty and would like for them to come and remove the panels so that we can replace our roof but we cant get no response after paying so much money for something not working this is wrong I would like to know if we should hire an attorney because this is wrong they lied to us about everything price and warranty they are a scam.

      0 stars - we went under contract in January 2023, panels installed in March 2023, in June 2023 they finally passed building inspections, also in June 2023 we started making payments on the panels. Meter was not installed until January 2024, panels connected 3 days later no output. Paid an independent electrician to help get the meter and get the panels to work. Still owed for 6 months of reimbursements, electrician bills, output is not what was promised. I was told by Xcel Energy today that Solcius went belly up, out of business....

      My solar panel haven't been working for years, and I have been trying to contact Solcius, but there is no response. The phone number and email aren't working. There's is no one to speak to. I want all the money I paid back and my panels to be removed.

      Hello,So I had the panels installed around August 2023. Everything working perfectly then around December moving forward Ive been receiving my electricity bill which is high. Ive been calling Solcious but it keeps saying the phones are down and after reading all this comment makes me concerned if I should hired an attorney.

      Tuve una mala experiencia con esta compaa Solcius malograron mi techo al instalar se inund con las lluvias me malogr el heater tuve que yo misma comprarlo y pagar para que lo cambiaran el vendedor que hizo el contrato no cumpli con lo que me prometi muy mal servicio no lo recomiendo

      The worst customer service. Purchased in 1/2019. Then inverter goes out about 6/2021. Could not obtain part because it comes from outside of the country. Today I have been trying to email customer service because their new system will not allow messages. No response from anyone. I am ready to contact CA governor and my congress people to see if they still believes solar is the way to go. Sells great -but when it goes out you need to pay the full bill. Sent another e-mail to see if they will respond. Worst company to ever do any business. Do your homework - I totally regret this very expensive purchase. Try negative stars - they don't allow
