Hi yes I have made several attempts to get some one to come look at my system that hasn't been working that I am still currently paying monthly for my panels and I have yet to get in contact with anyone. I put the panels to save money on my electricity bill and now it is outrageous and I am on a strict ssi income I am facing higher costs on bills and I don't want to go to collections for bo longer paying to finance panels that aren't working thank youInitial Complaint

We have tried reaching out to Solcius 100 times this Since December 2023 because they didn't complete the project. All they did was install panels on the roof and walked away and never came back. We tried calling the number given to us, but we just found out the company filed for bankruptcy. We were never notified about the status of the company. The person who sold the solar system to us "My Smart House" will not get back to us no matter how many times I called, text or emailed. I owe 30k to Goodleep and they sent out energy aid and it's been 9 months, and it is still not up and running. We need help and I don't think I should pay 30K at this pointInitial Complaint

We recently tried reaching out to Solcius because they didn't complete the project they started. We tried calling the number given to us, but we found out the company is no longer in business. I was recently made aware that the solar company I purchased my solar panels from, SOLCIUS, LLC, is no longer in business as they recently went bankrupt. I am currently financing the panels and they are no longer working. I supposedly had warranty on them and have tried to contact the company which is no longer in operation. On June 2023, I purchased a solar panel system with Solicus and everything was working very well until July 2024 where they stopped working completely. I came to find out that my inverter was broken and I had only had the panels for a year. I attempted to contact Solcius and come to find out they were out of business. I had to pay out of pocket to determine what was going on. I then discovered I was going to be stuck with paying $1200 for labor to repair the inverter to my system. I had paid for a warranty and now it is null and void. I have panels on my roof in the heat of the summer (I live in the desert in southern California where it is over 100 degrees every day) and they are not working and this is August! I am having to come up with these costs out of pocket. I also contacted my finance company Goodleap, they state the warranty costs were not included in the loan which is not true. I have also filed a compaint againt Goodleap.Initial Complaint

I purchased solar panels from Solcius in 2022 I believe. I am now needing it serviced and they are no longer in business. I have contacted their finance company and they have referred me to other installers, however, they will not service other systems other than their own. So I am now paying the finance company for a system that does not work, is under warranty, but nobody to fix it. If I stop payment on it, then it will ruin my credit. I'm screwed. I would like to get out of my contract at zero fault.
