    I canceled my membership 2 months ago and they are still pulling money from my account, I have tried to contact them but they make that hard. Guess I will have to pay to block them from being able to access my bank account

    Zero stars this is the worse and hardest program to use. I have logged in everyway possible to cancel. Under membership and payments there is ********** every month they are taking my money. There is nothing to watch unless you are a guild member. So what is the point? I just want this horrible membership cancelled!

    I have always respected Angel Studios, and the work they did with The Chosen series. We were so excited to see you that they came out with a movie called Sketch. My daughter bought tickets for herself, her four children and me. We went and saw this movie last night. Evil personified! The biggest question is why we didn't walk out in the first half an hour. Because of the Angel Studio's reputation, we thought it would redeem itself somehow. We were so wrong! It not only didn't redeem itself in the end, it only got more horrible! We're talking a young p****** girl who's wanting to cut people in half and hurt people in gruesome ways, like creating bugs that can eat their eyes out. The movie is horrific. How did this not get a PG-13 rating. Angel Studios has lost my respect and my business forever! From what I'm reading about the company I'm not sure they ever should've had it.

    I'm so sorry to hear about your experience and that the film wasn't what you were expecting. We don't control the *** ratings of films. While the *** gave this film a rating of PG, we felt that the rating didn't convey enough details for parents to make an informed choice. Our *************** has provided a rating of its own which we included in this blog post to give parents more details into SKETCH -- *********************************************************************************************************************************************. We even sent out an email before the release regarding this rating in an effort to help parents make an informed decision.Every Angel film must be viewed and voted on by our community of ***** members before we even consider a partnership. The Guild felt that this film blends humor, adventure, and creativity to thoughtfully explore themes of grief and family. While it does include some strong language, we felt the overall themes including courage, growth, and compassion make it a powerful and worthwhile experience for families and young viewers who are ready for more mature content.     Angel has gotten greedy, they used to be a free platform that was crowd funded, but now, 12 shows that are free and a required subscription is now needed to watch most of the shows. The platform is very unstable and not trustworthy from personal experience and from what I have read in other reviews. The Angel Studios streaming service is a hard pass for me and the subscription is way too expensive for what you get. The lack of support and updates for their web player just proves they are not committed to the customer like they were when they first came out. Sad to see such a good company fall so low in such a short time.

One of the biggest challengers filmmakers have is to get funding for their next film. As of May of this year, the Guild has helped direct over $179 million to filmmakers in the form of royalties. The movies you choose to stream with a Guild membership decide where royalties are directed. This modelbuilt on partnership, not gatekeepingis fueling stories that would otherwise never get made. Also a part of the membership is the opportunity to vote on future films. Guild members can watch a concept video, vote and provide feedback on future films to be made. Your voice matters and we give you a forum to share your honest thoughts. We offer a Basic membership that includes both streaming and voting for as little as $12 per month. Throughout the year, there are discounts offered that even bring the price down from there. We'd love for you to give it a try.

    The Angel Studios App suddenly stopped working at all on my IPad. It states I'm not a member, and I paid $179 for a yearly subscription in January 2025!!!! I have contacted their help email 3 times with absolutely no resolution and no viable response at all. This is absolutely unacceptable and I want a refund!!

    I purchased movie theater tickets, but only received codes. When I tried to use the codes to access the tickets. The Angel platform said no tickets where available at any theaters near me.. I tried taking the codes to the actual theater and was unable to get tickets although many sets where available. I also tried the Angel platform the fallowing day and the platform had technical issues. We never got what we paid for. I filled a dispute with my card company.. This has been a horrible experience. ??

I do see that our customer support team responded to multiple inquiries that you submitted and, in the end, you were refunded your money in full.     Paid for an ************ Membership as a Christmas gift for my mother. Angel took the money, but we are unable to access the content. According to them, we dont have a membership. This is so disappointing because I had such high hopes for the future of Angel Studios. All attempts to contact them have failed. The phone number restricts incoming calls. Emails are never replied to. Ive paid for tickets to the majority of Angel Studios films and paid for several guests as well. Over the past three years Ive spent a lot of money on Angel Studios productions, but we wont be attending any future releases until they resolve their technical, billing and customer support issues. So sad to see this company imploding because of poor management.

    We purchased tickets for Homestead last November and waited for the movie to arrive at our local cinema. When it came time to redeem our tickets, we found out our theater didn't support Angel Studios redemption service. I have tried to contact customer service twice with no response. I just want our money back.

    These people are SCUM. I left a message for the Better Business Bureau and I will be contacting their local Chamber of Commerce as well as their State ************************* So sick of all these RIP OFF SCUMBAGS.

    I recently went through a ******** add to sign up for Angel Studios during a special offer. Signing up through the ******** advertisement did not appear to be taking, so I opened up a link to the webpage through my browser and proceeded to sign up for membership. They ended up charging me TWICE for membership. I proceeded to contact them about this and received an automated message. I was charged twice again this month and have not heard back from them at all this past month after I contacted them. I came here to see what others might be saying about this and discovered that this is a known issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are dishonest. I will be going through my bank to stop these charges and hopefully get a refund.
