      When purchasing on their mobile website, using processing through PayPal, the redirect page to the seller prompts you to hit BIG green button to purchase. This is not for your original purchase but INSTANTLY processes an additional $42.74 promo deal without confirmation. It is a revenue bait tactic that needs to be addressed. Absolutely no response from seller. Order is still being processed with several attempts to cancel. The PayPal receipt, under description, I believe is intentionally left blank for the deceitful purchase to further cover the faulty business scaling. See pictures below. A small probe into refunds will most certainly show you this is not the first case.

      We are sorry that you feel you received items that you did not want. The discount bulk offer does specifically ask if you want to ADD the items to your order, not replace the original order. The discount offers are only available because other items were purchased. We did inform you on February 14th that we would be happy to refund the items if they were returned but we never received those items back. We would be more than happy to refund anything that is returned to us.

      I purchased their product on Oct 7th, it is now Oct 26th and I've received nothing. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and got a return email from Jessica, which was one big lie. She said there was a sudden shortage of material, and supply chain issues...etc but that my package had shipped, obviously it hasn't. I never leave reviews, but the fact that I have left several voice messages and emails that have all gone unreturned, and the fact that I have read so many negative reviews of Shooter Lube, many with the exact complaint as mine, I felt compelled to write this one.

      We apologize for the delay on your order. As a small business, we were not prepared for bottles to be delayed by the manufacturer for as long as they were. We were given dates that we planned on but the dates would change.  We did attempt to keep customers in the loop with updates on the website as well as emails being sent to those who had orders affected.
       
      I show that your order was shipped and received but I do apologize for the 3 week delay. It was definitely the largest delay that we had experienced so I apologize that you were a part of that. We weren't anticipating some of the raw materials being hard to get for our oil and didn't want to send out products that didn't meet the standards that we have.
       
      If there is anything that we can do to make it up to you and earn another chance then we would love to make things right. We would like to show you that things are normally better than what you had to deal with.

      I ordered this product back on October 7th, 2021 due to the great reviews I read on Facebook and Watched on YouTube. My order number was ******. On October 8th a shipping label was created by the product had never shipped. My account was charged $20.21 and all im being told is they are out of raw material and will ship shortly with no clear answer as to when. It's now almost 20 days later no product no update but they still show their product as available to purchase.

We were given dates that we planned on but the dates would change.  We did attempt to keep customers in the loop with updates on the website as well as emails being sent to those who had orders affected. I show that your order was shipped and received but I do apologize for the delay you experienced. It was definitely the largest delay that we had experienced so I apologize that you were a part of that. 
       
      We totally dropped the ball on letting people know personally. We sent mass emails and expected that to be enough but we know now that it wasn't. We definitely aren't perfect and know that we made a huge mistake in leaving people in the dark. We are trying to be better about that so we apologize for your experience.

      The company is selling product that they do not have in stock, they do not let the customer know they are out of stock until 3 weeks after the order has been placed when the customer contacts customer service asking for an update. I requested a refund which resulted in the company to immediately stop answering emails.
