      I placed 2 orders with this company nearly 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back. Everyone says their products are great but what's the use in that if the service/shipping is horrible. I tried emailing and calling them about my orders with no reply on either. I've left voicemails and no return call. At this point I'm starting to believe I paid for something that I may never receive. I would stay away from this company until they get their customer service in order.

      We apologize for being hard to get a hold of. We lost both of our customer service reps at the same time. Learned not to hire friends because they come together and then leave together. We have been trying to find new faces to replace them but haven't been able to find anyone who wants to work. This has left us short handed on the phone and emails so I apologize for that. We are working on getting that fixed so we appreciate your patience with us. I am not seeing where anything was commented or block on ********* We honestly haven't had the man power to have anyone actually spend the time to keep up with that like we should either since normally our customer service reps handle that as well. I am very sorry that we dropped the ball here. We are trying to get it rectified as quickly as possible. 
       
      We have had information on both the website and the thank you email letting people know about the shipping delay. We tried to keep that as up to date as possible since we didn't have reps to monitor the email. 
       
      I am showing that your order has been delivered. I also show that you issued a chargeback on the order even though you received the items. We would be more than happy to refund the items if they are returned but the orders were completed.  
       
      If there is anything that we can do to make it up to you and earn another chance then we would love to make things right. We would like to show you that things are normally better than what you had to deal with.

      Although I received the items, the cleaning mat was cut at the top. Going through other BBB complaints, your replies seem to have the same theme. There's always an excuse that your customer service *****. 

       

      I advise people to stay away. There are plenty of other great gun cleaning products from companies that can get their business together.

      I added items to my cart, and had to remove an item I didnt place or didnt think I placed in my cart. I checked out using PayPal on 07/20/2022 and was charged once in the amount of $42.74 and again in the amount of $41.85. The $42.74 is the amount of the item I removed or thought I removed from the cart. I tried to contact the company on 07/22/2022 and have not received a response. The payments have been removed from my account and I received an order confirmation but no correspondence after that. I have disputed both charges through PayPal in hopes of getting refunds or at least a response from the company.

      The $42.74 was a discount offer that is given to the customer at a deep discount because they purchased other products. The offer page states that we aren't able to catch orders before they ship, one of the draw backs of being a small business is staff is needed in all areas. 

      We don't want the customer to have products that they don't need so if they would like to return those ************** then we would be more than happy to refund them as soon as they come in.

      Ordered product from this company its been 2 weeks and still has not been shipped out. It says on their we site 2-3 days to ship. I paid money and they still did nothing. It is not on its way to me. They are ignoring my emails. I want my money back.

      Ordered product on 3/22 of 22 the money was immediately taken out of my account and thats the last action that Ive had with the company their site shows that my order was filled I sent several emails several phone calls I have yet to receive an answer just like everybody else this places a rip off

      We are showing that this order has already been delivered to the address provided by the customer. Looks like the order checked out of our warehouse on March 29th, I am not sure what happened between when they picked it up and it was actually delivered but we apologize for the delay. We are also sorry for being hard to get ahold of. We are a small business that is operating on a limited staff so we had to pull our two customer services gals off the phones/emails to help in the warehouse to get caught up from a raw material delay. We are sorry that this left you in the dark but they are back at their positions now. Thank you for the support and sorry again for the experience you had.

      I made an online purchase from Shooter lube on 3/12/2022 through Paypal for the amount of $72.35 and have not received my order. I have made six calls to them and left six messages as no one answers the phone. I have had no return phone calls from them. I have also sent many text messages to shooter lube with no reply. This appears to be a scam.

      We are very sorry for the delay in getting your order out to you and for being hard to get in contact with. We have been facing some staffing issues and have been very short handed. We had to pull our customer service gals to help out in the warehouse in an attempt to get caught back up but unfortunately it pulled people from the phones and emails. We thought that this was going to be the best course of action in order to reduce the delay but looking back on it we realize that leaving people in the dark was worse than the delay so we do apologize for that. As a small business and business owners who haven't done this before we have definitely made some mistakes on the way so we do apologize for that.

      I do show that your order has been delivered and we sincerely hope that you like the products. This situation is not the normal. We have had a few delays come up an warrant some complaints which we own but over the years we have processed hundreds of thousands of orders without any delays or hold *** so we apologize that your situation was not one of those cases.

      If there is anything that we can do to help out moving forward please feel free to reach out. We finally have our customer service team back in their positions and are ready to assist however you need.

      Ordered from company's website and paid $53.80, order #******, for items on February 27, 2022. Numerous phone calls, emails, and messages via the "Contact Us" area of their website; none have been returned. Tracking info provided directs you to join a third party site to get tracking info, which is not acceptable. Tired of being ignored and want a refund; not their product

      We apologize for the delay on your order. As a small business, we were not prepared for bottles to be delayed by the manufacturer for as long as they were. We were given dates that we planned on but the dates would change. 
       
      We did attempt to keep customers in the loop with updates on the website as well as emails being sent to those who had orders affected. I show that your order was shipped and received but I do apologize for the delay you experienced. It was definitely the largest delay that we had experienced so I apologize that you were a part of that. 
       
      We totally dropped the ball on letting people know personally. We sent mass emails and expected that to be enough but we know now that it wasn't. We definitely aren't perfect and know that we made a huge mistake in leaving people in the dark. We are trying to be better about that so we apologize for your experience.
       
      I do show that this order was in transit and tracking information had been provide before the complaint was written. I do also show that we offered to issue a refund for any times that were returned to us. We would still honor that if you wanted to return any times, please just let us know and we can work with you in getting those items returned.

      I order a package product from this company. It has expedited shipping and it's been 24 days with nothing. I have sent 4 emails, a phone call, Facebook messages, and am inquiry from their website and have got no replies. I can see them reply to comments on Facebook. They are ignoring me and there is a lot of people in the same boat. No mention of supply issues no communication. They stole my money and will not produce a product and will not communicate with me.

You filed a chargeback with your credit card company after you received the order and instead of fighting it we issued a refund even though you did receive the items that you paid for.       I placed an order on March 3 of 2022. After several days of no confirmation of a ship date, when it said ships same day. I tried reaching out to the company with no luck, no response on anything. Finally a few days after that they responded apologizing for the delay and said my order would ship asap. Great, but no luck they created a label but usps hasn’t picked my items up yet. That’s been over 15 days it has said shipped.
