      I ordered an end table from Vevano on Sept 8th. My order number is *****. I did receive confirmation of purchase through email. I paid through Venmo as their credit card payment was not working. Red Flag I now realize, I have not received the table. There is no answer to phone calls. Email messages bounce back. Other numbers have been disconnected.

      I paid Vevano $1,800 to prepare a remodel design for my master bathroom. The agreement was that I would receive a credit in an equal amount to purchase products from Vevano for use in the remodel project, and there was no time limit to use the credit. I used a portion of the credit to purchase a sink. Recently I attempted reach Vevano to utilize the remaining credit and cannot get a response from anyone via email or phone. I believe the amount of the credit is approximately $1,5000 of the original $1800 I paid.

      I ordered a light fixture from Vevano on June 18. I have been unable to check on the order status (see reasons below), and want to cancel, because at this point, I cannot trust the company. I called them at least 15 times, each time the phone rings, goes to music playing, then disconnects. (Phone Number (888)497-4338 I have sent 3 emails ([email protected]). They all came back to me as undeliverable. The following was cut and pasted to show the message I got back in all emails: Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: [email protected] ([email protected]) The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now.       I purchased a large sectional from Vevano about 2 months ago. After delivery, I noticed the furniture is damaged and contacted Vevano immediately. They wanted to provide a replacement but that would require a long wait time for delivery and I had already waited long to get the current sofa. I requested a return and refund. They got back to me and approved the return and explicitly said they’ll refund me within 24 hrs and would schedule the return process. A few days later with no response I follow up with them and they respond by saying they won’t approve the return because upon delivery we hadn’t indicated there was damage. l didnt know furniture was damaged until it was brought inside by my family and unpacked. do they expect us to hold the delivery people until we move the furniture and unpack and assemble it? To make matters worse, I went ahead and purchased another sofa because they had indicated that they would process the return and provide refund. I relied on what they communicated with me about processing the refund. This has been very stressful and is very unprofessional. I like to return this sofa and get my refund.
