I got my *** loan approved by this stupid bank a month ago and I cannot get a hold of anyone. Their customer support nor my agent ****** ***** is available to pick up the phone or to respond to emails/texts. Based on the reviews here, I would hate do business and get in trouble with this bank. I will be cancelling my application.Celtic Bank Corporation

This Company give False Detail on your credit report.They take your money and it can take up to 14 days to give accurate Payment history. Are they making credit cards out of their basements??!!?? In regards to the Indigo credit card (Mastercard). This company is predatory and deceitful. They automatically bill you for $250 (which they expect you to pay) instead of them automatically paying it. I had to ask that question several times because the *** pretended like he didn't know what I was talking about. I told them to close the account immediately. I paid my June 2024 balance in full.i didn't receive credit. I spent hours getting that credit.I cancelled card. I owed some on the next bill. I paid in full. The next bill they said they reversed credit on June bill and reapplied it. Apparently for no other reason than to charge a late fee. My bills were paid in full by the due date. They are charging more late fees and interest. Ive written them disputing they don't even acknowledge that.Celtic Bank Corporation

1 starI received my card around August 22 2024. I activated the card and realized the have a $175 annual which is deducted from your credit limit on the card. Fast forward a few days when I was stuck. I went to use my card for the first time to order a Lyft my card was declined. I went online to check my info no account information available. I called the useless customer service that told me my account was frozen due to fraudulent activity smh. They said I couldnt verify myself over the phone or online and needed to fax or mail my information. Than it will take ********************************************************* the hospital and didnt get a chance to verify my information. I opened a Indigo Mastercard with this bank and used it a few times...everything was good, I went to make another purchase at a gun and **** broker and it was declined.I thought no biggie it was a good size purchase maybe it was that...I waited 6 mins to get to a service **** he apologized and said he would Overturn the decline and go ahead make the purchase. Well what do you know declined again...I called again waited again and got to another *** to help me....she also said yes it was declined and she could NOT overturn it.I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited...the supervisor informed me because of this HIGH risk purchase she would not Overturn it and I couldn't make this purchase. I had them close my account and told them it was my Right to make any and all purchases on my account and who are they to say what I can buy or Not!!! I used affirm for the first time for a beach rental. I paid 3 payments before my arrival date. I get to the rental and it's a ***** infested shack that's falling apart. I send all the pictures of the home and records of no contact from the company. I received a full refund except for the interest. They told me I couldn't have the $100 back because I had already made payments so the interest was ' valid' I was hung up on twice and it took them 2 hours to 'make a decision ' this company is a scam they care nothing for their customers. It was a terrible experience all around. I do not recommend this company for anything. If 0 stars was an option I would leave 0 stars. Also even though you pay by card it's not an option to get a refund to your card the only options they give you is to wait for a check through the mail. You are engaging in unfair credit practices. I have been charged late fees and interest for payments I timely made. I've tried many times unsuccessfully to work with customer support to fix the issue. i have a surge and a reflex card thru celtic bank. i decided it was adding charges that i didnt make so about 6 months ago i stopped using both cards stayed on auto pay paid more than minimum so i could ge rid of them. recently charges have been added for plane fares to ny and ca . hotels food car fare etc. i am 73 i have never flown i have ms and i have a sick husband i take care of. *** talked to numerous people all with a language barrier asked for supervisors to no avail. please help me. they have charged over 6000 between both cards . i took off auto pay as i didnt want them to have access to my banking information. . please help me fix this. and keep this company from cheating others thank youCeltic Bank Corporation
