    I ordered attends briefs brb20 from blowout medicals website. Order Number **********. Blowout Medical then changed my order without reaching out to me first and shipped a different item. Not what I ordered. I emailed the support team and requested a refund as I did not receive what I ordered. They approved the return and provided an RA number along with a return mailing label. I returned the unopened packages and unopened boxes and still have nit received a refund. I have emailed them checking on the status of my refund and I have received no reply.

I have thoroughly reviewed your complaint and order details and can confirm that a full refund was issued on February 7, 2025 (invoice attached). An email notification would have been automatically sent to you at the time the refund was processed.

    Additionally, I see that a returns representative personally reached out via email to confirm receipt of your return and notify you that the refund had been completed (email attached).
    I understand your frustration, and I regret any inconvenience this may have caused. However, as your order was fully refunded nearly two weeks ago, there is no further action required at this time.     This company is selling Medical supplies without prescription which is required by law in the **. Also I ordered catheters from them and they neglected to inform me they were on backorder until I called and spoke to them. They also had no information on the website about no stock. I would've not been able to use the restroom without them. That means death for me.

    We apologize for the experience you had on your order. We also appreciate that you notified us that this item did not have the prescription requirement on it. All of the items, that by law, are required to have a prescription we do require that a customer provide one. However, this item got relaunched back onto out site which overrode some of our normal protocols. The item is discontinued which is why it was not fulfilled and your order was canceled and refunded.     Purchased a 3B Stratus Stationary Oxygen Concentrator on Jan 10 2023 with a 3 year warranty , order number ******. Around the first of the month I started getting an alarm from it showing abnormal pressure. The alarm would sometimes just go off on its own but now it stays on all the time. I checked the owners manual and it said to call for repair if it happened. Called Blowout Medical on Dec 6 ********************************************* 3 - 5 days. That never happened. I called them repeatedly starting Dec 14 and 15 and spoke to **** , **** , ***** , Net and some woman who hung up on me before I could get her name. They keep telling me that their system is down , it will be up in an hour sometimes two and they will call me back but no one ever calls. Sometimes they tell me the system will be up at 1:00 sometimes they say 2:00. The last time I was told it would be up at 1:00 and I ask what time it was and they said 2:20 ( I think ). I do not know if I am receiving the Oxygen that I should or not and they do not seem to care. I feel like I am just being lied to and put off hoping I will just go away.

Additionally, a return label was also emailed to you to return the defective unit to us once you have received the replacement  unit.     I have been searching high and low for a particular medical supply that has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Blowout Medical not only showed online that they could get it, but they took and order for serveral boxes. A couple of days later they contacted me to tell me I needed a prescription for the product. I wasn't surprised but had to contact my healthcare provider multiple times and got the script. I then sent it to Blowout along with a note of appreciation. They called me the next day saying they didn't have a prescription, which they did and finally found. The next day they sent an email confirming the order and then short after, canceling the order. I am not seeking monetary compensation for their ineptitude, but I am asking for a formal apology from the company as well as a commitment from them that they will change their procedures to make sure they can actually get a product before they take an order for it and waste a whole bunch of time for the customers, healthcare providers, and possibly lawyers.

Unfortunately, they did not have enough supply to complete your order. You are correct because there was such a limited supply the product should have been removed from our site and it now has been.
