Purchased a 3B Stratus Stationary Oxygen Concentrator on Jan 10 2023 with a 3 year warranty , order number ******. Around the first of the month I started getting an alarm from it showing abnormal pressure. The alarm would sometimes just go off on its own but now it stays on all the time. I checked the owners manual and it said to call for repair if it happened. Called Blowout Medical on Dec 6 ********************************************* 3 - 5 days. That never happened. I called them repeatedly starting Dec 14 and 15 and spoke to **** , **** , ***** , Net and some woman who hung up on me before I could get her name. They keep telling me that their system is down , it will be up in an hour sometimes two and they will call me back but no one ever calls. Sometimes they tell me the system will be up at 1:00 sometimes they say 2:00. The last time I was told it would be up at 1:00 and I ask what time it was and they said 2:20 ( I think ). I do not know if I am receiving the Oxygen that I should or not and they do not seem to care. I feel like I am just being lied to and put off hoping I will just go away.Business response

I apologize for this issue. I have looked into your order and I had my warranty returns manager, **** call you earlier this week. Unfortunately, she was unable to reach you. At this time we have sent a replacement unit out to you via ***** tr: ************ that is scheduled to be delivered on Saturday. Additionally, a return label was also emailed to you to return the defective unit to us once you have received the replacement unit. I have been searching high and low for a particular medical supply that has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Blowout Medical not only showed online that they could get it, but they took and order for serveral boxes. A couple of days later they contacted me to tell me I needed a prescription for the product. I wasn't surprised but had to contact my healthcare provider multiple times and got the script. I then sent it to Blowout along with a note of appreciation. They called me the next day saying they didn't have a prescription, which they did and finally found. The next day they sent an email confirming the order and then short after, canceling the order. I am not seeking monetary compensation for their ineptitude, but I am asking for a formal apology from the company as well as a commitment from them that they will change their procedures to make sure they can actually get a product before they take an order for it and waste a whole bunch of time for the customers, healthcare providers, and possibly lawyers.Business response

I apologize for the experience you had with your recent order. I have looked into your order and I did find the following information when you placed your order our supplier, that dropships our orders, had some supply. Unfortunately, they did not have enough supply to complete your order. You are correct because there was such a limited supply the product should have been removed from our site and it now has been. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused you. I placed an order with Blowout medical for $27.95 on 1/4/22. The product was listed in stock. I had paid for express shipping. I emailed them on 1/10/22 to inquire as to what was going on with my order not shipping. They never responded to my inquiry. This company took the money and finalized the transaction with my cardholder. I want a full refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a roll on lotion applicator on line. The item arrived incomplete. There was no handle in the box, which entirely defeats the purpose of the applicator. I have made four phone calls and sent two or more messages to them to rectify the situation. I waited more than 15 minutes each time I tried to phone for assis-tance. I have left three messages for a return call, but no one answers. All I want is a replacement for the missing handle.Business response

I apologize for the issue that occurred on your order and for the lack of response from our customer service team. I will be looking into that have my **************** manager pull our communication logs and see why your calls were not responded too. I am showing that our Returns Manager did receive your claim and the claim was worked and an email notification (copy of that is attached) was sent to you on 1/19/2022. At the time the claim was placed a refund was requested and so your order has been refunded in full (invoice attached). Unfortunately, because this has already been worked and your order has been refunded a replacement cannot be sent.
