            Was horrible an they charged my card again when i had already paid through Hotwire.com but they said the date was wrong and they wanted to fix it. Asked for my card. But it ended up charging me and they made me put 100 cash down deposit an are Refusing to refund... because i had my ride come for me at 10:00am. At 10:00.03 they came pounding and yelling an screaming at my door. Even tho i did reserve for 2 adults only I slept there. I went in to talk to the manager few times never available and yessenia mgr name never answers her phone. I made a complaint to Hotwire as well they also tried to get in touch. As well. I think they do this to everyone. This is crazy the way she was yelling at me over a ride coming in to help with my bags which he didn't know that i didn't have them. But should have not been such a big deal.

            THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT BOOK AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!This place has very rude and inconsiderate staff. After booking on Priceline for a 4 night paid stay, when you go to check in, the rude staff demand ******dlls CASH DEPOSIT, they deny any other form of payment, they just want CASH!!! And when you try to explain that you do not have cash, especially after driving 6 hours and its 1:30AM in the morning, all they can say is well thats our policy, (CASH DEPOSITS ONLY), and after all this they didnt give me my 4 day paid room, and they didnt refund my money!!!! I just overall had a horrible experience with this establishment. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR IT NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUDULENTLY PRACTICES.
