My experience with Davinci Virtual Office Solutions has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their unethical business practices and lack of professionalism caused severe disruptions to my business operations.First, the cancellation process seems intentionally designed to frustrate and delay customers. When I requested to cancel my service, I was told via email that I needed to speak with a representative to proceed. I called eight times with no answer, left multiple voicemails, and only received a callback after I threatened to report them to the BBB. During the call, I was informed that I actually needed to provide written notice to cancelsomething not mentioned in their initial email. When I questioned why a phone call was required if written notice was sufficient, I was met with circular logic that wasted even more of my time.On top of this, I faced serious issues with their handling of critical mail for my business. Important mail, vital to my operations, was delayed for weeks. During that time, I called daily, left voicemails, and sent emailsnone of which were returned. Despite promises to follow up, I received no response. Emails were ignored entirely, and no one addressed the issue. The mail eventually arrived weeks late, but Davinci Virtual never provided any explanation or acknowledgment of their failure.These practices are completely unacceptable for a business offering virtual office services. Their lack of transparency, unresponsiveness, and apparent disregard for their customers needs reflects a company that prioritizes profits over professionalism.I strongly discourage anyone from using Davinci Virtual Office Solutions. Their incompetence and unethical behavior caused unnecessary stress and disruptions to my business.Review from One T

Scam is their bussiness model. Worst company to deal with. They rent me a virtual office while they were aware of they going to leave in 4 days and gave me excuses as if they were professional. ***** custome services women trying to manipulate you. Don't do bussiness with themReview from Olive C

I have been using Davinci Virtual Office Solutions virtual office address since April 2023, consistently paying $65 per month just for the address. A little over a month ago, I signed up for their mail forwarding service, and I was informed that mail would be forwarded on the last day of the month. I had an extremely important piece of mail sent to my business and have been following up with Davinci via emails and phone calls to confirm whether or not my mail was forwarded on August 30th.Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous calls, Ive received no response. When I do get a reply, no one can confirm whether my mail was forwarded. Ive been told repeatedly that theyre "reaching out to the virtual office," but Ive yet to hear anything back. Even after speaking to a manager, I received the same poor level of service.Ive called multiple times and been told they will contact the mailroom directly and get back to me, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. The last email I received simply stated, "When they reach out, well reach out," which is unacceptable given that its been over two weeks.I would never recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism and customer service. Thank you for sharing the feedback. After looking into the account, it looks as though the client never fully set up their services for over a year. Despite that, we take customer satisfaction very seriously and we have scheduled the account for termination, per the the customer's request. We have also issued a free month of service for September so the customer can receive mail before the account is cancelled.We wish the customer the best of luck in their future endeavors.Review from Andre A

For more than 4 months ***** Services have not been rendered. My invoice history only contains several copies of my first invoice from 2019. I requested a refund due to services not rendered but continue to be charged. When I called and asked about the outage and its duration I was told there is no known timeline for repair. I have no evidence this company is still legitimate. To protect myself from continued loss. I have removed my payment method from this platform. I cannot in good conscience recommend any dealings with this entity.Davinci Virtual, LLC Response

We have reached out to this customer to clarify their concerns. There is no service outage, and phone services are still active. Our communications platform is undergoing maintenance so all changes to services must be made through our team but the phone service is still being provided, phone calls are still working. After being a client since 2015 i received an email stating that the office location i am contracted in was closing. They gave the notice less than 24 hours and proceeded to automatically move our service to new location not approved by me. They gave ultimatum and said the closure was unexpected. I later found out that they knew before hand but were late to notify clients. Next they offered (for a cost) to forward the mail to me if i wish to not proceed with new location. I accepted and then after i completed the steps to have them forward the mail to new location they came back and said they cant do that. I have emails with this written information as it was given to me. They then proceeded to tell me now all my mail has been returned to sender and its to late to change. Im shocked how they can get away with this mis honest , unethical dealings. I have prepared files for my lawyer to fight this on my behalf. To think after paying them over 5 years of business this is what thy do ! Horrible experience. Beware of them. Very shady and unethical organziation. I have been communicating with *****************, we have waived his final payment and waived our 30 day cancellation requirement and cancelled the account immediately per his request. Unfortunately his business address location closed so we had offered to relocate him to another office but he was not happy with the relocation. Because he asked for the services to be cancelled, the mail forwarding was not added. We apologize for any inconvenience and have waived his final payment due to the misunderstanding.Review from Garvin M

After creating an account, you will receive a call if you were about to pay and backed out. First sign! When you receive the call and proceed, you'll receive some emails. They will email you everyday until you fill out Form ****. The day that you try to fill out the form, submit it and try to verify your identity, it'll say fail to verify. It doesn't matter how many times you take the pictures. Well lit area did not matter. Second sign! I called two different numbers listed for Davinci and no representative answered. Third sign! I called again and reached someone, when I asked to cancel the failed service, she asked me to hold so that she can get the person that deals with cancelations. The rep came back said that the person in charge is unavailable but I can leave a message and I'll receive a call back. When I said "Well of course, they wouldn't be available," (Feeling cheated out of my money), the rep said that the person in charge is at a meeting. How convenient. It's not worth it! Called to test out the system after paying for the premium bilingual live receptionist and first time no one picked up - went to voicemail. Poor first impression only to get worse! Second call, live half-dead sounding receptionist picked up mumbling our company name. When I informed her I was the owner of the company, she perked up and changed her voice. I asked if she was bilingual - she said no, and that there was no indication on her end she should be for our account (despite the fact we are paying premium for a bilingual receptionist). I asked her about our company and what she would say if callers asked, she read off our couple sentences, mispronounced the word "bespoke" and it was evident she was reading from a script because there was no flow or confidence in her voice.For a client to call this number and have this type of interaction, it is surely a 100% guarantee to lose that client. Thank you, though, to *** who was professional and apologized immediately for the experience and swiftly directed my issue to the cancellation specialist who I am expecting a call and full refund from. BEWARE !! I am writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received from ********************, specifically from the representatives named **** and ***************************. I recently called to cancel my virtual address subscription, and the way I was treated by both of these individuals was completely unacceptable.When I spoke with ****, she was extremely rude and dismissive. She did not listen to my concerns, and instead spoke over me and belittled me. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and made me feel as if my business was not valued. I found her behavior to be unacceptable and distressing.As if that wasn't enough, when I called back to inquire about my cancellation, I was directed to ***************************, who was equally unpleasant. She was very short with me and seemed to be in a rush to end the call. When I asked her a question, she cut me off mid-sentence and essentially hung up in my face. Her conduct was completely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy.It is disappointing that a company like Davinci Virtual, which provides virtual address services, would have such a terrible customer service team. I do not believe that anyone should have to put up with such rude and unprofessional behavior from any customer service representative.In light of this, I am requesting that my subscription be canceled immediately and that my account be credited for any unused portion of my subscription fee. I found their business practices to be very shady and their services to be lack-luster at best.About a year and a half ago, I spent a few months going back and forth with their support to confirm with them that they were actually forwarding mail to the correct address. I still haven't received any forwarded mail from them, which either means I didn't receive any at this address (possible, but unlikely given that I've previously at least received regular junk mail), or they aren't actually forwarding my mail.More concerningly, they've been raising rates regularly, even though the commercial real estate market is still at rock bottom from COVID.I finally got tired of paying more for a service I barely use. Immediately after they sent me a notice for yet another rate increase, I contacted them about it. However, the notice they sent was sent 28 days before the end of my billing cycle, and they told me their terms require 30 days notice for canceling services, so I would be billed for an additional month on top of the 28 days remaining. Their terms also require that they provide 30 days notice before raising rates, which they didn't seem as worried about following.Definitely not a company I would do business with again if this is how they conduct themselves, and based on their responses to others here, it doesn't sound like they are striving to improve.Davinci Virtual, LLC Response

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, unfortunately there have been yearly rate increases, which is very standard in this industry. Typically the increases are about $4. We are very sorry for the frustration this has caused, but these increases are due to many factors that businesses have faced: payroll increases, hiring challenges, etc.We have also waived the 30 day notice required to terminate so you won't be billed again.Thank you,*******************Review from

STAY AWAY!!! Completely incompetent customer service and they play shell games when they "move" you from one office to the next. You are especially unfortunate if you are forced to deal with ************************* who has yet to respond to an email in over 4 months.
