STAY AWAY!!! Completely incompetent customer service and they play shell games when they "move" you from one office to the next. You are especially unfortunate if you are forced to deal with ************************* who has yet to respond to an email in over 4 months. We made a huge mistake going with Davinci and will be taking our business elsewhere.

1 starThis company is not professional whatsoever.We have cancelled our membership back in March even after paying (So that would have been our last month to pay). Unfortunately covid really took a hit for our business so we were thankfully to find out that they were working with us only to find out as of September they charged an unauthorized amount of $150. What shady, unprofessional company. Taking money out of accounts just because so they have money coming in even when we havent been charged for months and cancelled our services. 1 starI should have checked here before ordering. I placed an order for a Davinci virtual mailing address more than a week ago and completed the notary process with the requested paperwork the same day. More than a week later, I still do not have any information about what the complete mailing address is. I have the building address but not the mail code/suite # necessary to receive mail. Any mail sent to me at that address is returned by the building as undeliverable. Davinci over promised and under delivered or, in this case, failed to deliver at all.
