After a great deal of non-responsiveness from their office and corporate, I was able to obtain the correct reduced amount from the apartment manager in an email. As well due to the crime occurring next door to me: loaded firearms and narcotics (police department documentation provided to manager) I put in my 30-day notice to the 28th of January and I met with the Office leasing agent who prorated to the 28th at the corrected rate from manager's email. I just received a 3 day notice for non-payment of rent from 28th to the 31st at the incorrect illegal 15% in six months amount rather than the reduced rate. I am receiving no replies from the management office from telephone calls, emails, the regional office or the corporate office. Please help me I otherwise had a perfect rental history with no late payments ever.

      The notice for non payment was sent by mistake and the ledger was adjusted as soon as it was brought to our attention. The resident has been made aware of the mistake and that the ledger is corrected.

      Reoccurring payments every month. We pay rent to this business for working water and warm water. We signed a contract to pay for a smoke free community, safe community, habitable home and none of those have been met. When we asked to resolve with community manager we get the run around. We tried to resolve with regional manager and she told us we could move out if we were unhappy. We request reimbursement for the broken contract terms

      This complaint is not for our company. We are Apartment Management Consultants, LLC. This resident lives at Fair Oaks Apartment Homes which is managed by Advanced Management Company.

      I moved out of the Preserve at City Center apartments on 9/23 & have not received my security and pet deposit refunds. It has been two months. I have contacted the leasing office approximately 7-8 times with no response or acknowledgment whatsoever. I left the unit in cleaner condition than it was when I moved in & I have video proof of this as well. I want the money that is rightfully owed to me immediately.

      Broadstone Heights Apts. Deposition received 8/2021. I am disputing $295 charge for a microwave due to a crack in the plastic of the door frame. Management responded that the microwave was not broken only the door. The door frame costs $172 but they would charge for the entire microwave $295. I responded that this kind of crack (from continual contraction and expansion from repeated heating/cooling due to being positioned over the stove) is general wear and tear. Also, I reported the crack to management and it was fixed on 5/11 with gorilla glue with no mention that the door would need to be replaced. Email and phone call: Management didn't realize I had reported it and it was fixed so the charge was made on incomplete information. 8/31 I was told the crack happens "if someone closes it too hard too many times". I believe this is a case of wear and tear and I should not be charged. I am concerned that it was repaired with gorilla glue leaving a potentially faulty appliance.
