Hello, for the sake of ease, please view the attached document to see the email exchange. In addition to the statements made by the company, as of 1/17/25 at 2:43pm I have not heard back from my latest email. Also, on 1/16/25 at 3:31pm, I placed a call to the business. After asking why it was fraud, the best if my recollection after placing me on a brief hold said that Christian content is flagged for fraud automatically. On their policies and terms of use pages ****************, **************** I was unable to find the terms "Christian", "religious", "Jesus", "Jewish", or "Muslim" using a control 'f' to scan the page for these terms. This indicates that they do not have a stated policy on this sort of thing. Please see the contradictions and lack of definitions in the attached emails, telling e the order was flagged for fraud due to the subject of the file, but then telling me it was not because of the subject matter. I asked the company if Jewish or Muslim content would have been flagged, and that is the email I have not yet gotten a response from. My order was cancelled and refunded and the associated I have been emailing with is unable to tell me what fraud exists as they had the money, and then cancelled the job and refunded me. They also state on their website that they do not allow for proofs due to a quick turnaround so I am unsure how I could fraudulently return the item if the image quality was poor. They also did not tell me that image quality was the reason.Initial Complaint

On 10/26/24 I made an order of three sign from Signs.com with a promised delivery date of Monday 10/29/24 by 11am.. I paid $77.40 extra for $120 worth of signs for that shipping time promise. I did not receive the signs by 11am. That day I received a note stating my signs would not arrive until 10/30/24. I purchased from this vendor because of shipping time only. Any business can made signs. The entire reason I order from was ship time. I contacted the immediately to stop the sign production but I was too late. Even though they could not meet the promised ship time they made NO effort to contact me and ask me if the delayed time was acceptable. They did decide to refund me for the shipping (70 not 77.40)but did not refund my money for the signs two of which had not been printed yet. After this I emailed them that if I could not get a refund for the signs then I wanted them printed. I received an email saying the signs would be printed shipped. I received that confirmation, but only two of the signs were shipped. These three signs were all meant to act together as a joke and without the main sign the other two were meaningless.Initial Complaint

The cost was way out of range, so I didnt pursue further. THEY SPAMMED ME OVER 20 TIMES EACH DAY FOR FIVE DAYS. I had to block them in my email and they refused to delete my account unless I clicked on a suspicious link. Be careful!Initial Complaint

I placed order number ******** on Saturday 8/31. When I placed the order it was guaranteed to ship the next business day. I also paid a significant amount of money on expedited shipping to have the order no later than 8:00PM on Thursday 9/5, as the items orders were for a $3,500 customer job I had on 9/6. On 9/5 only 3 of the 4 items arrived. I called customer service which is really non existent and has been entirely outsourced to the Philippines, and showed them that even though it was guaranteed to ship on Tuesday 9/4 the order did not ship until Wednesday 9/5. They said they called FedEx and had the package upgraded to priority overnight so it would be here first thing in the morning. According to FedEx no such call was placed. It’s now past the job so give lost the money Ondo not have a complete order and Paul the “manager” is refusing to refund me the money I paid for an order I did not fully receive. I ordered some signage from them and it did not arrive as expected. Over the last month I have repeatedly asked for contact with an onshore representative (some on in the **) as the off shore reps are not able to help me. I was promised that I would contacted with in 24 hours several times and have not. I have requested help from offshore representatives several times and have been promised it but with no result. The company overbilled me & then sent me someone else's order. Impossible to reach anyone at the actual business. Is there an actual business? Great experience with them several years ago when I dealt with an American human with critical thinking skills. However, now it seems like the whole business is automated & outsourced to the lowest bidder. Support calls are routed to an off-shore call center where agents lack ability to resolve even basic issues. The usual email communication breakdown where email replies come from a different agent each time -you guessed it -none of them take or read any notes. On April 3rd, I ordered a sign from sign.com. I went on their website, made a sign then paid through their website. I should note that there was only one way to pay through their sight. It was through PayPal a ******* **** Apparently signs.com is affiliated with this company but refuses to give us our product or a refund. In fact they tried charging us again. I called and emailed and they kept assuring me they were going to get me a refund or help. But they lied, they have no intention of giving me a refund. I am not sure but I think this website may be a scam. I am looking for a refund of money they stole in the amount of $101.60. I have the receipt that says I paid this. The purchase date, the transaction number. Even the amount withdrawn from my bank account. Everything to prove I paid, yet they refuse to acknowledge they stole my money and provided no product. On February second of this year I reached out to Signs.com for a repeat order with a slight modification. I contacted them and send a .pdf of our image. The proof was sent and approved but the thumbnail remained unviewable. When the six vehicle magnets arrived, they were blank. Nothing printed at all, all grey. When contacted, they said I approved the website and offered a $100 credit on my next order. This order was $300 based on the last two received being correct. I will absolutely not do business with them again for this lack of concern for quality and customer service. Who ships blank magnets from a custom printing shop?Initial Complaint

I ordered two flag design signs with bases. The bases did not come with the order so I had to keep after the company to send the items I had already paid for. Then, once I received the bases, I tried to assemble the flags. They did not come with poles that were long enough to support the flag. The sign on the flags is unreadable. I still cannot display the signs.
