      I ordered some signage from them and it did not arrive as expected. Over the last month I have repeatedly asked for contact with an onshore representative (some on in the **) as the off shore reps are not able to help me. I was promised that I would contacted with in 24 hours several times and have not. I have requested help from offshore representatives several times and have been promised it but with no result. I am purchasing singage for a gelato business in ******* and summer is almost over.

      The company overbilled me & then sent me someone else's order. Impossible to reach anyone at the actual business. Is there an actual business? Great experience with them several years ago when I dealt with an American human with critical thinking skills. However, now it seems like the whole business is automated & outsourced to the lowest bidder. Support calls are routed to an off-shore call center where agents lack ability to resolve even basic issues. The usual email communication breakdown where email replies come from a different agent each time -you guessed it -none of them take or read any notes. Will now seek remedy with my bank. ??

      On April 3rd, I ordered a sign from sign.com. I went on their website, made a sign then paid through their website. I should note that there was only one way to pay through their sight. It was through PayPal a ******* **** Apparently signs.com is affiliated with this company but refuses to give us our product or a refund. In fact they tried charging us again. I called and emailed and they kept assuring me they were going to get me a refund or help. But they lied, they have no intention of giving me a refund. I am not sure but I think this website may be a scam. I am looking for a refund of money they stole in the amount of $101.60. I have the receipt that says I paid this. The purchase date, the transaction number. Even the amount withdrawn from my bank account. Everything to prove I paid, yet they refuse to acknowledge they stole my money and provided no product. I sent them all supporting documents several times but they will not honor a refund.

      On February second of this year I reached out to Signs.com for a repeat order with a slight modification. I contacted them and send a .pdf of our image. The proof was sent and approved but the thumbnail remained unviewable. When the six vehicle magnets arrived, they were blank. Nothing printed at all, all grey. When contacted, they said I approved the website and offered a $100 credit on my next order. This order was $300 based on the last two received being correct. I will absolutely not do business with them again for this lack of concern for quality and customer service. Who ships blank magnets from a custom printing shop?

I tried to call and they offered to give me a discount for a replacement. I do not want their product as it proved to be of poor quality. They refused to refund.       I ordered two flag design signs with bases. The bases did not come with the order so I had to keep after the company to send the items I had already paid for. Then, once I received the bases, I tried to assemble the flags. They did not come with poles that were long enough to support the flag. The sign on the flags is unreadable. I still cannot display the signs.

      Horrible customer service and product. The design team had me pick the car magnets (photo of a car for the product description), but not one magnet attaches to any of my five vehicles. When I called customer service, the lady said unfortunately it was my choice to go with the design team and mo one would refund or replace my purchase. I’m not sure how they got the great reviews but I had a terrible experience and will never use again.

      l placed an order for a printed table cover on May 5th, 2023. I received a table cover on May 17th. The table cover I received was the wrong size, the wrong color, and had the logo on it for one of Signs.com's other customers. I wasn't the artwork that I uploaded for printing on the $238.96 custom table cover that I ordered. I called signs.com to get a refund and return the incorrect table cover that they sent me. They said that I'd get a confirmation of the refund within 1 - 2 days. It's 6 days and I haven't heard a word from the company. I've called twice and they give you the run-around about a manager needing to approve the refund, and that it hasn't been approved yet. I've sent them pictures of the incorrect table cover that they sent me. I needed the one I ordered for a specific event, and that event has passed. I just needed to get my money refunded and return the wrong cover they sent me.

      On 4/26/2023, I paid Signs.com $167.04 for an order of two acrylic signs, 50x8x.125", for me to hang outside on a billboard. Shipping estimate was for a delivery on 5/9/2023. It was delivered 5/7, but incomplete and of poor quality. First, I was sent one sign instead of two. The sign that did arrive was very poor quality: gaps/patches in the print job so the acrylic was empty/see-through in spots, bubbles, and a striped background, where online I designed it with a solid blue background. Images are provided. I contacted the customer service team on Monday 5/8 to inquire and request for either the job to be reprinted and expedited to me, or for a refund. The customer service rep stated he would immediately forward pictures to his Resolution Center team, who would then review and issue a solution "within 24 hours" (his promise). By 24 hours later, yesterday morning, I hadn't heard from anyone. I reached out to the customer service team again, specifically requesting a refund at that point because I didn't trust they'd promptly handle the issue; she said Resolution Center would contact me "within the day" (her promise). Again, nothing. I'd like a refund promptly issued from them. I also intend to submit negative reviews with BBB and other review sites.

      I purchased an acrylic sign from Signs.com. Order # ********. When you upload a file, the website auto selects printing options for you. These include thickness, shape, edge, print surface, drilled holes, and how white ink will print. For all of these options, the website auto selects the minimum in cost and effect to the original file (standard edge, no drilled holes, smallest width, etc.) except for the white ink printing. They offer an option for that setting to "Follow file settings"; however the website auto selects one that removes your background instead. To change this option, you have to a) know that it exists and b) manually click "configuration" to find and alter this selection. If you do not, and simply upload your image, you can select "view proof" without seeing the selection. The Design Proof Preview, does not show a clear background; it shows you the file as you uploaded it but with all other selection changes (drilled holes). You can also select "Save and Continue", again, without seeing that your file has been altered, and move to the check out page. On the check out page, you can see your proof preview again but you can only see this transparent background setting if you scroll down. Scrolling is not necessary to hit the checkout button. I uploaded a graphic that was an orange rectangle with white writing, I did not alter the setting because I didn't realize it existed. I reviewed a proof that showed me an orange sign with white writing and I hit order. I received a clear sign with white writing. Upon talking to their team, I was told that they were aware that the design proof is inaccurate, that the default settings are to alter the file sans alerting you, and that the decision for what is background vs what is intended color is made by a person (without an option for the ordering party to leave notes to what to remove and what to keep), but that no responsibility is theirs. They would only offer 30% credit not a reprint as per their policy.
