    Purchased a pair of r43 ski skates and there's quality issues with them and have emailed them 3 times in a month and they still do not respond at all to any emails.

    I placed an order for ODR Skis on 1/18/2023, order #****. Once received, I realized they didn't fit me. I mailed the skis back on 2/1/2023, per their instructions, via UPS, tracking #******************. The return was received on 2/1/2023. On February 19, 2023, I received this email from the ODR Ski company: Hi ******, We received your return request and noticed that you purchased route protection so you can file a claim through them for your refund process. Please reach out if you have any further questions-Lency. Instead of refunding me per their policy which states the refund is done immediately upon receipt of the return, they are asking me to file a fraudulent insurance claim in order to receive my money back. To resolve this, I want the ODR Ski company to issue the refund. I refuse to file a fraudulent insurance claim! Thank you!

    Back in December of 2021, I placed an order for one pair of Guardian 2.0’s. It took months for me to even get a shipping notification. Once I did, they didn’t come for months. Then when I finally emailed them asking where they were in March, they sent me a FedEx tracking number that says they were delivered. However, there was a duplicate tracking number and something went wrong somewhere. I NEVER received what I paid for and I’ve been emailing them and letting them know ever since. I’ve asked for the product to be shipped to me and asked for a full refund. I still haven’t heard back from them.

    We responded to you last week as our system shows your order closed and shipped and the tracking number shows your order delivered to the address provided. If you did not receive it we can open a claim with FedEx and create a new order for you with a free replacement. If you would prefer a refund in full happy to provide that as well but would rather work to get the item you ordered delivered to you asap. Please respond to our open email ticket so we can discuss the correct address for the replacement. Thank you! -ODR SKIS TEAM

    Last December I bought the *** Ski covers. Apparently they shipped them to me but they never arrived at my house. *** sent in a few complaints to the company asking to send another pair and Ive heard nothing. This is also my second complaint through the BBB with this company. I did receive a response last time I filed a complaint saying theyd send me another pair. However, they still havent done that. I want a new pair free of charge sent to my house. I also want a refund on top of that. If they dont send me what I paid for, I will take them to court for withholding my money and me not having received the product I rightfully paid for. It has been almost A YEAR since I ordered these covers.

    I ordered from this company in January of 2022, it is now July and I still have not received the $600 worth of items that I purchased. I’ve been in contact with the company through email all up until today when I tried emailing apparently their email is non existent. I have been promised for the last 2 months my order would be shipping out and it has not. I have even asked for a refund and they have not given it to me. I want my money back NOW. This is not okay. Terrible business.
