I paid over $1000.00 for 4, 6 volt Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) batteries. What was installed was an inferior water type battery. With AGM batteries they are essentially maintenance free. With water batteries they must be maintained and water put into the batteries. This is impossible because the batteries installed have less than 1 inch clearance between the port where the water is installed and the underside of the van. A cage was built to hold the batteries underneath the van. To put water in these batteries I would have to have this entire cage unbolted from the underside of the van to drop the batteries down to access the water port. Thus, why I purchased the AGM batteries which are essentially free of maintenance issues and would not need to be dropped down to add water. This is fraud or misrepresentation at the least. I have the invoice specifically showing a paid for AGM batteries and photos of what was actually installed. I have emailed Utah Vans, which is owned by Warner Vans of Utah but no response. The up fit of this van cost me over $100,000 and has been nothing but a headache due to poor workmanship. Cabinet doors just fallen off repeatedly. I have had to pay to have repairs completed to these cabinets and drawers. I even had to redo the laminate covering to these cabinets because their staff were incapable of installing in correctly. Utah Vans provided me with 5 rolls of laminate for me to complete this work. Drawers just fall out. Now the wood these used is splitting and the door falling out yet again. This van gets very little use. Maybe two times a year so it is not overused or abused in any way. I maintain it impeccably. This substitution of inferior water type golf cart batteries is just another example of their misrepresentation. The batteries installed were: Duracell Pro Golf Cart Model SLAGC1110. I paid $1027.29 for Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) batteries.

Date the up fit work was "completed" was May of 2019. They gave me a 3 yr warranty on their "workmanship" but they tried to convince me my warranty on their workmanship ran out in 2020. I keep good records. From the very beginning the work quality was that of possibly a high school student. For example, the cabinet doors literally just fell out because they didn't use long enough screws. They would say they inspected them all then another one would fall off. The first year, 2019, they tried multiple times to get the formica covering the cabinetry correct, but they didn't have a cabinet maker on staff. Eventually they would provide me with 5 rolls of formica as they could not fix it properly. I paid a third party do the work. All the cabinet and drawers had to be removed, the old formica removed and new formica correctly installed. But the drawer alignment was never fix. I paid for ALL of this work. I was once showing a friend the electric lift bed, which I do like, but the staff did not secure one of the bolts and it flew off, forcefully striking the other side of the van. It nearly took my friend's eye out! No inspecting their own work. When they installed the extra AC unit, located over the seating area, they punctured a line to the Factory AC unit causing it to malfunction. Another dealership fixed the line and disconnect unit to protect the Factory AC. I paid to fix their incompetence that damaged the factory AC Unit. Cabinet draws would fly open while driving. I had to Duct Tape them closed. Their "solution" was to send me the hardware in OR where I live in the Summer to fix their work. The van has spend months up at Van Builders, who is owned by Warner Vans. I was provided with a written, 3 year warranty on the "workmanship". Getting warrantied work has been horrible. They always argue that their work is fine, while cabinets spontaneously fall out. I think they are taking advantage of an elderly, disabled person in hopes I will go away.
