Do not pay for priority shipping with this company. I run a microgreens business and the last 3 orders that I have made with True Leaf Market I purchased priority shipping because I needed the seeds quickly. Each time they shipped them ground advantage and this caused me to lose sales account of not getting the seeds in time. Each time TRUE LEAF MARKET comes up with a new excuse why they didn't ship the order correctly. If you need something quickly do not order from this company. 3 strikes and your out.True Leaf Market

I received excellent, detailed and patient customer service assistance today from warehouse manager ****** today regarding my unsuccessful company site search for an organic wheatgrass sprouting seed item that I had previously found easily. She found the item quickly, provided the informational background I requested and placed the order for me. I was concerned that the company might be going international and she allayed my concerns, reasonably explaining the company rationale for the overseas customer service change. I have worked with True Leaf market for a couple of years. Their seeds are without a doubt the top notch product they need to be for my small side business. I grow microgreens for my friends and coworkers and their seeds are always great! Recently, I had a package that came from True Leaf that for some reason had all of the seed packages burst open - it is still a mystery how it happened. **************** at True Leaf was responsive and prompt to address my situation and had new seeds sent out within a couple of days. I was able to fulfill my orders and the seeds are just as high quality as they always are! I highly recommend this company!True Leaf Market

I had an issue with receipt of my order, which I don't think was in any way the fault of ******** ******** but none the less, the representative, **************** was very responsive, and friendly, and she generously offered to replace my seed order that wasn't received by me, most likely the fault of **** or a mail thief! It was above and beyond. I have ordered items previously through True Leaf Market on-line catalog which is a part of the same company, and I had an excellent experience there as well. I made the wrong purchase and I had already a pretty exhausting day. I expected this to be another hassle. Boy was I WRONG. As soon as ****** started chatting with me and I had explained the circumstances, my day turned for the better.I was fretting over shipping the wrong order back and having to work my way through transactions - no need for that! Turns out ****** was sweet enough to keep all Hassle aside. She gave me store credit for the Trays I bought mistakenly, helped me through the process of becoming a rewards customer and within 15 minutes had me sorted and beaming - I didn't even need to send the wrong order back!******, from the bottom of my heart, you were incredible today and gave me something to smile about on top of all of that. I have been a longtime fan of Kitazawa seeds. I was a little uncertain about them being acquired by True Leaf but the quality of the product remains the same, plus the added benefit of great customer service from *****. She is knowledgeable and gracious about sharing what varieties would best benefit my climate zone, and I was very happy with the chocolate cherries, sun cherries and Kamo eggplant seeds I got this season. They have been sweet and prolific and thrived despite my murderous love of over and under watering. I'm not a big time grower, but I enjoy the seed starting process and True Leaf is one of the brands I trust to make sure I get the correct seeds and that have high germination rate and robust growth ability.True Leaf Market

This is a great company with great products and great customer service. They stand behind everything they send out. They are responsive if you have any questions or an issue. If there is a problem they will make everything right and make you feel valued as a customer. I accidentally got the wrong product and customer service went above and beyond to make it right. I am a happy customer and will continue to buy all my grains and seeds from them. It is a great feeling to buy from somewhere with complete trust. Plus, I look forward to my deliveries. I have made many beautiful breads with the different grains from them that i have ground into flour and delicious meals that I have made using the grains whole.The heirloom black tomato seeds that I sent to my son't girlfriend grew into a prolific plant with **************** tomatoes. She was thrilled and I was the lucky recipient of some of her crop!True Leaf Market
