      Empire solar has the warranty for our solar panels but has seemingly gone out of business and will not respond to us about who has our warranty. This is a violation of our contract. I would like to know who now owns our warranty so they can fix our panels.

      The Transaction took place on 27/03/2021 and the amount paid is $3,4532.09 The Business committed to 10 Year Warranty with the solar panels When we installed solar panels, we were assured that if any problems happened with our roof, post install, the solar company would repair the roof. We now have a roof full of leaks and we have identified that the leaks were cause because of the inappropriate installation of the panels The Company is not trying to resolve the problem at all

      I am having problems with the solar panels. I purchased a home with the solar panels included, so I need to get in contact with someone so he can come and check out my solar panels. My light bill is very much expensive so panels are not helping for anything.

      When we installed solar panels, we were assured that if any problems happened with our roof, post install, the solar company would repair the roof. We now have a roof full of leaks. Our homeowners insurance won't cover the cost because they say the panels, or more specifically the cinder blocks they used to weigh the panels down, are too heavy for the roof and are causing the issues. Imagine my surprise when I realized the company has gone out of business. No roofer wants to touch my house due to the panels being there and empire solar isn't around to guarantee anything.

      Hey! The problem i have with EMPIRE SOLAR is; the company did install the solar panel since 2021 , but i come to realized that the solar panel don' t work properly and have issue to be fix. All they phone number I have doesn't going through. I' m on they website and I find the don't exist anymore. Now I pay the solar which's not working and electricity. Thank you and if i can get help from you; to get them may be the change the company name

      Date: 9/11/20 of contract for $18,480 for 25 yrs.my bill was $66.15/ mo.; After a year, Empire Solar sold my contract to Goodleap (phone ************ increased pymt. to $ 99.12/mo). On 8/21 Empire filed BK chapter 7, leaving me w/ no contact of help if need Re: Solar panels.On Feb/23 I give my last pymt to Goodleap I can not continue payment , I am a Senior, widow w/ limited income. On June 16/23 after be harassed 10 calls a day by Goodleap, Locked the solar panels (are shot sown) ; 6/25/23 I found out that ************* Co. Filed a Lien on my House! Please, I need Urgent Help with this Legal issue. I appreciate any Advised coming from Your office.I reached a Probono atty. ******* in my favor is done.

      I agreed to have solar panels installed on my home back in 2020 with Empire Solar. The company advised that the panels could be financed and paid off with interest. I signed a contract that states that the solar panels have a 25 year warranty through Empire Solar Group. My panels have not been working for several months so I have been paying for the cost of the panels in addition to my normal electricity costs. I have attempted to reach out to the company that acquired Empire Solar, Suntricity, and have not received a response. They also do not answer the phones. I have contacted the loan company, Good Leap (Loan Pal), and they told me that I need to reach out to the manufacturer, Solar Edge. I reached out to Solar Edge and they told me that I need to contact Rf technical to get a new inverter. They did not provide any contact information for Rf technical and i cannot locate that business online. I am in the process of trying to sell my home and am having a difficult time because the panels are not working. I am likely going to lose out on around $20K because of this and their neglectful business practices. I also contacted Good Leap again and they told me that the manufacturer is actually Silfab Solar and that i need to contact that company or find a local person to fix the issue.

      We took out a loan to have solar panels installed in May of 2019. They have not produced any solar since August of 2021. I can’t get a hold of anybody at this company to address the issue and have been paying for both the solar system and our electric bill. Can anyone help me. We cannot afford to go on like this!

      In 2020 Empire Solar came to our house PROMISING that we won't be paying ANY electricity bill, ONLY the price of the panels, the sales person also told us that we will get a $7700 in tax credit, on TOP of what we usually get. When I tried to cancel the panels before the panels were installed, he stopped answering my calls, he then referred me to his regional manager in Las Vegas, another waist of time because he NEVER answered his phone only once or twice, they kept giving me the round around, a few days prior the installation the first sales rep came to my house and I told him that I wanted to cancelled the panels, he said "Sorry, but you can't". I found out this year that Empire went bankrupt, that the 2 owners made 150 million and they just filed a chapter 7 while tons of people are here paying double for the electric bill. Now, my electric company is telling me that they are not even connected with the solar panels, so I am getting the $138 for the panels and $300 dlls for electric bill, my house is 1200 sqf. If anyone is filing a lawsuit, please let me know, **********, I am a single mom, I can't be giving my money to some wealthy people.
