      Terrible experience. We were lied to by the salesman. During the install, they left a hole in my wall. I had to call several times to get them to fix it. They never turned the panels on! No one, it seemed, knew how to turn them on. I had to fight for help. Terrible company. Now my panels stopped working, and I guess I have to find another company to check them? Still paying for the panels while nothing happens. So livid!

      Failed to setup correct number of panels. Lied about the process and also never turned system on. Was stuck with a high solar bill when told it was going to replace power at lower cost. Ended up having 2 bills instead of one. Was paying 200$ prior to installing. Now paying 500 for solar and power. Worst experience ever and now stuck with a sytem from company that went bankrupt

      Our panels worked well for two years but now they are not working AT ALL and we have no idea who to call or what to do about it as apparently the company has claimed bankruptcy. Definitely not what we signed up for!

      Wouldn't even give them a 1 star. We have had is***s with our solar since DAY 1!!!! It has been the most difficult time trying to get someone out to help us when is***s arose (WHICH WAS CONSTANT). The panels didn't even seem to cover ANY electricity. I am beyond furious because we are now paying for for our panels that DONT WORK, on top of our POWER COMPANY. I am livid and beyond frustrated and plan to *** considering we are STILL HAVING TO PAY, NOTHING WORKS, PAID FOR ******** and just because they went bankrupt, we have to still pay and it doesn't work and we can't get any service on them?!?!? RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

      Got Solar Empire destroyed roof, fixed roof 1/2 way. Went BK not finished. Finally finished by BK assigned company. Now panels not working or not sending enough to Mohave Electric so getting electric bill and solar bill. Credit Union funded job before completed. We need help can't get anyone to help us. Kota- Sunlight, All in Credit Union none will help us.
