      SPS took over my mortgage loan around 11/21. Nothing was supposed to change with the transfer. They claim my home owners insurance was not escrowed. It has always been escrowed since I bought my house in 03. They didnt pay the insurance until after I already paid it this February. I can get no answers from them as to why it was all of a sudden non-escrowed. My insurance company never received notification that it was no longer escrowed. Thats illegal. ***************** sent all necessary documents to SPS. I have email proof. They are giving me the run around.

      I placed an additional $1500.00 to go onto Principal for both January and the month of February, and after going back and forth with multiple agents and supervisors, not only has the issue not been fixed, but it has gotten worse. They are now showing as if though not only do I not have $3000.00 total in additional principal, but now my February payment in whole isn't showing up, and saying past due...EVEN THOUGH THEY CASHED THE CHECK AND SUBMITTED IT INTO THE SYSTEM 2 WEEKS AGO! I am not sure what kind of scam they are trying to pull on their customers by taking their extra principal and adding it onto their interest instead so that they continue to accumulate said interest, but don't tell the customer that the machines don't read the difference on the coupon as to where the money is supposed to go if you're the company that put it on the coupon in the first place. As soon as i decided to benefit myself and make additional payments towards the principal, the nonsense with this company began, and no one has yet to even attempt to reach out to me to fix it. I want this fixed before they ruin my credit over their moronic mistakes.

      Beginning on 1/4/2022, I, the client called in to address a payment of ****** Property Tax Payment Issue. *** stated that the account was, in fact, escrowed and taxes had been paid. However, we received a statement from the ****** *********************** that the taxes WERE NOT PAID for 2021. After SEVEN RECORDED CALLS into *** to get this issue addressed (PHONE CALLS MADE on two calls on 2/4, two calls on 2/7, two calls on 2/14 and one call on 2/15), to date this issue is NOT addressed. I even spoke with a supervisor, ******, employee id: *****, on 2/15/22, to order (for A SECOND TIME) a payment history to prove that the tax payment was made. I will get fined a SECOND time of on 2/22/22 we do not prove the payment was made. Also, while I understand that the taxes under the loan modification letter were overlooked and not included, *** will have to pay the taxes per loan policy. I JUST NEEDED TO SEE EVIDENCE that the property taxes were paid. WHAT IS AMAZING that on the *** website, there is NO information testifying that the payment of 1/27/22 was made. I had to ask for a SPECIAL LETTER (postal service 3-5 business days) to have that payment history mailed to me. ARE YOU KIDDING?? If I am charged additional fees due to your tardiness in payment, *** will be paying that. Deadline is 2/22/22.I have provided written authorization to have taxes included in my escrow account moving forward .

      In October 2021 I refinanced my home in ******* ******* through a company called loan care. They intern sold my loan to select portfolio services effective January 1 of 2022. Select portfolio services has added a coborrower to my loan. I do not know this person I have never met this person. I do not have a coborrower anywhere I did not have one on the prior loan and have verified this. However, select portfolio services doesnt seem to care and they are listing her as a co-borrower. I have repeatedly asked them to remove her or to provide documentation to prove she should be on there which they dont have. I am baffled about this but it seems she was put on there for nefarious reasons and I need her removed immediately my loan number is **********

      Made payment for ******* for late fees on 01/16/22 has not been applied inmade sure marked the correct boxes on their website how to apply payment I called numerous times and been told call back in works of fixing short handed called back spoke supervisor was told getvit taken care of seen i paid for late fees they didn't apply to my late fees they took my payment aside where they wanted

      In Jan 2021 I started receiving mail, addressed to another person that has not resided her in 20 years. I haved called Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., only to be told that I was not on the contract, therefore, I could not discuss and information about the account. I have written the company 3 times. I even e-mailed Chris W******, Vice President - Operations. I am still receiving someone else's mail. It's against the law to open someone else's mail so I have sent it "Return to Sender". Attached is the individual's legal proper address. He passed away on 27 October 2020. I don't know if you have any control over this matter, but I am running out of options. I appreciate any efforts you may be able to take.
