      Our gas company was switched to Enbridge. My first **** said I could enroll in budget ****ing as long as I paid a certain amount by the 17th. I made that payment on the 12th. The next **** doesn't reflect that payment nor budget ****ing. When I call to speak to a representative, they say they did receive it but the 19th and so they are unable to enter me into budget ****ing. When I say my bank notes it was paid on the 12th, they just repeat that they didn't get it until the 19th so there is nothing they can do. Shouldn't they be able to enter me into budget ****ing at any point? How ineffective can this company be?

      I received a 48-hour shut-off notice, and in the span of two weeks, no notice or documents saying payment did not go through. Yesterday, 3/18/2025, they came and turned my gas off without a word, so my thinking this whole time, was that my bill was taken care of and there was no risk of termination. After calling and making my payment at 2:30 PM, they told me I had to wait until tomorrow before they can turn it back on. This morning, 7 am, I called and requested a time and was told they would not be able to provide one other than 7AM to 6 PM. And after getting a supervisor on line, instead of listening to my concern and question, he instead cut me off, blamed me for not checking my payments and hung up on me. Mind you, I have had severe mental health battles and anxiety, so to have a business treat you like this, triggered this battle I face on top of dealing with the worry and fear of my kids freezing in our home. I understand that I am to blame for not keeping up on bills or whatever, but I cannot get over how awful this man made me feel after he heard my tears as I explained why I was upset and why I wanted a time of when they would be out today. To me, this is not how a business should be representedno concern or care for their customers' or the fact that **** of people are struggling both financially and mentally.

      I have moved and before I moved I called to have it transferred. They said it was taken care of I got billed an extra amount and called again, Person I spoke to was very rude but told me she closed the account. I just got another bill even though I no longer live at that address and havent been using Enbridge for a month because I am no longer in the state and emailed them. They just sent an automated message so I had to call. They were very rude again and wouldnt issue me a refund.

      I made a payment of ****** on April 4th and that is a double payment the confirmation number for that payment was sent. Just yesterday I received a bill saying that I owe ******. I then called to ask why they said that I was late and when I told the person I talked to that I sent it on April 4th she said that I sent it to a different company. I have in my possession a receipt saying that I had sent it to Dominion Energy at this address **************************************************. Therefore I sent it to the right company and should not be paying a double payment and should get half of that payment refunded.

      I would score it less if possible. They shut off our gas after stopping our auto pay without notice. We called and paid what we owed. 24 hours later they let us know it was turned back on. It's winter. 24 hours is ridiculous! They called and said go ahead and turn your gas on and light it. Meanwhile, one of their technicians came out and left a note - didn't talk to us at all even though someone was in the house all day - saying our line failed the spot test and checked a box for a gas leak. No explanation at all. I called Dominion to get clarification. The lady pulled up my record and said yes, it was back on so we could go ahead and turn the switch outside and light the pilot light. I again explained what their own technician said and she said, oh, I see that here. Where did he say the leak was? He didn't! So, their solution, pay someone else to figure out what their guy was talking about and ensure everything is safe to light. This is after being told twice to go ahead and light it up. Absolute morons! Of course, no choice means zero accountability or ability to vote with our feet. Horrible service and dangerous morons here.

      They Shut off gas without notice, make you sit on hold a ridiculous amount of time to speak to a representative (45+ min this time). THEN they tell you the only way to turn your heat back on same day is to charge you $100 that does NOT go towards your bill to turn your heat back on IN WINTER WITH SMALL CHILDREN. We are clearly struggling, how am I going to have an extra $100 to turn back on my heat when they have turned it on same business day before without a charge. It is an absolute joke they are the only option in our area. They are absolutely unwilling to work with you on a reasonable payment plan that you can actually do to get back on track.

      Monopoly, so what are you going to do. Shut off gas without notice. However, they can't turn on the gas unless it's during business hours. It's winter, so we get to have a cold night because of their failure to notify.

      Their "third party" credit card payment system which still runs like a DE site is seriously flawed. After changing a card, we received continual charges to the old card after it had been deleted on "their site" and yet the newly entered card was ALSO CHARGED. Very Sketchy. Going back to paper and mailed checks.
