This person named “Ken” text messaged my phone. I also attached a screensshot of the text, but this is what it said. Hi! Ken here from Home Buyers Network. We're still wanting to buy in the area, getting ready to make a move on your home at xxx xxxxxxx xxx? (I’m not including my address in my statement because I don’t want it public and I already added it to my personal information) The number the call was from is ###-###-####. This is concerning to me because they not only have my phone number (which is on the National Do Not Call list) they also have my address! If we were looking to sell our house, which we are not, we would go through our realtor who sold us the house, not some freak behind a phone. With all of these complaints about this so called Home Buyers Network, how is this still happening?Initial Complaint

This number, like others have mentioned, will not stop calling me. I have been asking for months to remove me from their calling list. I’m in Saint Louis. The number is **********. They are trying to buy a house my parents lived in when I was a kid. Not my house. I have called them back after they hang up on me. It’s harassment.Initial Complaint

This company will not stop calling me despite my requests. They want to buy my property, but I am not interested. I receive around 10 calls per day, all from a 336 area code. I have also filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry. Please help! I am going crazy with the relentless calls!Initial Complaint

This company hires countless foreign assistants to spam call anyone that owns real estate property. They call me between 3-5 times per day at all hours of the day despite me asking them politely every time to put me on their do not call list. Like others have said, I've been registered on the National Do Not Call Registry for years and the company does not take this into consideration. This company is harassing many people and is actually breaking the law by spam calling those on the National Do Not Call Registry. The repeated calls are interrupting and affecting my business at this point. Home Buyers Network needs to be fined and shut down. If action is not taken against them, I will absolutely be taking personal legal action against them.Initial Complaint

I keep receiving dally phone calls, sometimes 2 or 3 per day asking me if i want to sell my property. Each time I ask to be removed from their call list, and they hang up. This repeats daily. Each time it appears they use a different phone number from area code 336. I tried blocking their calls, but they call with a different number. These are the phone numbers they have used in just the past two days. ###-###-#### ###-###-#### ###-###-#### ###-###-#### ###-###-#### Dozens and dozens more. They will not stop. ###-###-####Initial Complaint

11-1-23 I received a call from “Joe C******”at 9:12pm said he is calling about making an offer on our house. I asked where he was calling from he stated “Home Buyers Network”. I said “Joe C******” from Home Buyers Network. I said do you know what time it is? He said night time. I said what you are doing is against the law and I want to talk to the person that pays you. He said “I can’t give you that” I advised that he can he said he would text me all the information later and I said “no you won’t “ I advised him that if I wanted to sell my house I would contact a realtor. I advised that I know how they get all of their information and it needs to stop. I advised again he is breaking the las and I was contacting the BBB regarding that they are all frauds. He then hung up. There had to be something that can be done. The number he called from was###-###-####Initial Complaint

The Home Buyers Network is operating and violating the privacy act and the Do Not Call registry of the Federal Government and the State of Florida. This company is using offshore live callers to continuously harass businesses and citizens. They have been told over 100 times over the past 3 years to stop calling my numbers. These violations need to be tracked to the entity that can be fined for these calls.
Home Buyers Network is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
To become accredited, a business must agree to BBB Standards for Trust and pass BBB's vetting process.
