The Homebuyers Network continues to call me 4-5 times a day on 2 different phone numbers I own, making for about 10 calls every day. Its usually a Korean or chinese sounding person. I've asked them repeatedly to take me off their calling list. They usually hang up when you ask this. If you call back many times you will go to an American sounding male voice on a voice-mail, saying "he" wants to make a cash offer on my property. This leads me to believe its a one person owned business. I've also left messages asking to be removed from their calling list. They are relentless and rude. And will not remove you from their calling list. I'm at my wits end.Initial Complaint

I keep getting calls from this company as well others about 15 times daily. I do not own a house in Texas. My phone number is somehow in their database. Their answer is that they get my number from their lead or from the records. They also often claim that they were given a cold list. These calls need stop. I’ve had ENOUGH!Initial Complaint

They call me multiple times a day , every day. They won’t stop calling even when I tell them they have the wrong number and to remove me from their lists. They call outside of business hours. If this keeps up I will have to change my number.Initial Complaint

For months now they have called from dozens of numbers, daily, sometimes multiple times a day. Never leave a message. If I answer, no one is even there about 90% of the time and it just hangs up. Finally today someone was there, so I was able to ask the name of the business in order to be able to file a complaint. My number has been on the do not call list for over a decade. I checked. I have asked them repeatedly not to call. I've blocked so many numbers I've lost count, but they always find another one. I have no interest in selling my home, and even if I did there is no chance in hell I'd sell to them. It's harassment and its ridiculous.Initial Complaint

I keep getting calls from this company as well as others asking me if I want to sell a house in Stone Mountain owned by a ****** *********. I am not ****** ********* and I do not own a house in Georgia. My phone number somehow got attached to ****** and it needs to stop. The calls are constant and harassing. Their answer is that they get my number from "public records" but cannot give me any specific information. These calls need stop and this company needs to be put out of business.Initial Complaint

This company repeatedly calls me wanting to buy my property. I have told them my property isn't for sell. I've asked them to remove my name and number. This Home Buyers Network calls 5 times a day. I have blocked their numbers but it continually changes the number and auto duals on a different number. Sometimes I answer and there is no one there. Other times I ask to be put in their DO NOT Call list. I’m still getting 3-5 calls a day! I would never do business with this company.Initial Complaint

This business has been harassing me to sell my property *** ***** ***** for months. I’ve asked to take my name and number off the distribution as well. Today I got a call at 7:26pm and I’m am deploying. I informed the representative and sent an email ([email protected]) to their inbox letting them know to stop calling me. on 2/22/23, I received a called from someone by the name of Jack with Homebuyers Network inquiring if I wanted to sell my home. He was very persistent in attempting to obtain information about my home. I did advise him reluctantly that I was considering selling my home. He said he would make me a cash offer for my residence. About two hours later, he called again to request additional information on the home in terms of number of bedrooms and bath. As I was very uncomfortable with his approach initially as well as this time and I do not conduct business in this matter I requested that he give me more information about where he was calling from and I informed him that I needed to know with what company he worked. That is when he informed me that he was from Homebuyers Network. I conducted a Google search on Homebuyers Network and your site came up indicating that this was a scam. I informed Jack that he was not to call me again and I immediately reported this information to you. My phone indicated it was a spam call from telephone number ###-###-####. I am reporting this to you to make you aware that this scam , per your website is still prevalent and to make other seniors aware of this and to always check the source prior to giving out information and to exercise caution.Initial Complaint

People call me from various numbers asking about purchasing a property. I ask for the company name and phone number, they say "Home Buyers Network" and either refuse to provide a phone number or say "It's the number I called you on. " When I press them to provide a phone number since CallerID can be manipulated, they refuse to provide one. At this point, I ask to be put on their "Do Not Call List" and hang up. But they keep calling.
