            On Tuesday I placed an order with Donna Bella I also paid for express shipping I paid almost $300 for a product that I have yet to receive I tried contacting the company multiple times to resolve the issue and their customer service is never available to speak I would expect someone from customer service to at least be able to speak with me regarding this matter but every time you call it says they will be back in an hour and no one ever answers

            Donna Bella has the most unprofessional employees as well as poor quality products. They shipped me damaged hair extensions. I contacted them the same day to inform them. Later they also prompted me to leave a review. I did and respectfully remained Anonymous. Why ask me to leave a review when you KNOW I was an unsatisfied customer? They replied to the review and then emailed it to me. I also find them to be slanderous from towards me and it is unexceptable. They stated I opened and damaged the hair. This is a lie and I have all the same-day delivery photos. I spent over $400, and an additional $30 to ship the poor quality product back. I DID NOT DAMAGE THEIR THIN BROKEN HAIR EXTENSIONS! I purchased their poor-quality hair due to a recommendation. I ended up purchasing from a company on Amazon, and the packaging they provided prevented damage to their product and they were mush more professional. I want an apology from Donna Bella's hair and their response to my review removed. However, that will not happen. Poor business practices are due to poor leadership. The business character is tacky as are the products.
