I accidentally hit submit on an order to Vitality - immediately called and emailed to tell them to cancel order . The phone person insisted I give him my checking or savings info to get a refund . I told him no that was not happening g and to just credit the card like any legitimate company would do .i asked to speak to a supervisor and he hung up . I have attempted to cancel my mthly subscription numerous times without success. I barely have funds in my checking acct. & they go and withdraw again & again, sometimes causing something else to come up NSF. Purchased mutliple oils from vitality and when I opened my second bottle to use, they REEK of chemicals causing burning eyes and sinuses. I messaged vitality immediately and was told that as it had been more than 14 days, they would do nothing. I have received multiple replies each the same response "our policy is 14 days for return or replacement". When I first received them, I had inquired if they were distilled using hexane and received no response. Only yesterday on about the fourth email did they respond supposedly how they obtained their essential oils -none of which include hexane other than maybe the rose oil. However the oil reeks of a hexane type chemical and my frankincense in coconut oil that was purchased the same time also smells like a chemical so I don't know if there was a leak in their Factory or what but they do not seem concerned. They offered me a 10% discount on future purchases!! I also have a store credit from a prior purchase that was not sent. I would like this refunded as well. The oils in question amounted to about 35-40$ and the prior refund I believe was to be 10-20$.Initial Complaint

The company name is Vitality Extracts. I ordered in the summer of last year one bottle of frankincense. They said that I signed up fora contract and then I would get a bottle every 60 days and I’ve called them over and over and over again, telling them to not anything that I did not subscribe to anything but ordered one bottle. Now they say I can return all the bottles I want I received but only for store credit that they’re not going to credit my credit card. So I’m filing this complaint and I am disputing all the charges on my credit card.Initial Complaint

On 12/12/24, I ordered, as a gift, a roll on bottle of Frankincense and had it shipped to a family member. The bottle at the time was $16.00. When I got my Visa bill, it showed 2 charges, one for $16.00 and another for $19.60. When I called to dispute the charges, I got the usual run around, call transferred to another line, long waits, disconnects, etc. They claim that I agreed to an update of this order, to include an additional 30 Ml of this product ($19.60). They stated I was sent an email after placing my order, offering me a reduced price for the 30 ml. I never got this email. When I insisted that I never agreed to this additional purchase and for them to send me this email, they sent me an email dated 1/17/25 of an undated statement, adding the additional product with no indication that this was something I initiated or agreed to. When researching this company, after the fact, I have found complaint after complaint for the same type of transgression and refusal to offer refunds unless the extra bottle is returned. This was a gift for someone. I cannot go back to them and ask them to return the additional bottle. I am seeking a refund of the cost of $19.60 plus the additional shipping for an item I never ordered of agreed to. This company is a scammer and need to feel the consequences of cheating so many consumers.Initial Complaint

November 15, 2024 date ordered order ******* This company has NOT tried to resolve this, all I get is automated responses. When I told them I sent an email to not include the duplicate ,I was told they had no record of me contacting them. I then forwarded that email to them. They are now selling on Amazon with free returns and 30 day refunds, not store credit. I sent this to VITALITY. There are multiple reasons why I want to return the products. It's not the products themselves, I haven't even tried them. It's because of customer service.When I realized I had ordered duplicate items I emailed you right away to remove the duplicate. No reply. I emailed a couple mores times and still no reply. When I received my package I was not happy to see the duplicate in there. After placing this order I've been slammed with emails and text messages. I haven't been able to block them. You must use multiple phone numbers to allow you to keep sending me texts. Because of the way you do business I am concerned about the quality of your products. I don't want to do business with a company that uses these tactics. It wasn't until I started the return process that I learned you only give store credit with a 14 day return policy. I don't want to order any of your products. I don't trust your company which makes me not trust your products. I believe this case is something I will bring to the BBBInitial Complaint

There is no telephone number to contact them on the website until you chat with them and it took me sometime to get to them to let them know that I can't stand the smell it gives me a migraine headache and they would not refund me back.Initial Complaint

Order of $43.71 placed on 11/25/23 but I never received it. USPS confirmed via tracking number that package was never received by them. I paid for order with Vitality Extracts Gift Card of $31.19 and credit card of $12.52. Only way to get a response from Vitality Extracts was to dispute the credit card charge. Next was informed by Vitality Extracts that chargeback would have to be reversed in order for purchase to be sent and that reversal could take up to 75 days. Reversed chargeback on 1/11/24 and waited until 4/10/24 to ask where replacement order was. Only reply numerous times from Vitality Extracts was that chargeback was never reversed; my bank confirmed Vitality Extracts received the $12.52 chargeback reversal on 1/15/24. Sent copy of letter from bank showing chargeback was reversed and closed. Called and spoke to a human at Vitality Extracts several times and they just kept repeating that chargeback was still outstanding and they would now also keep my gift card proceeds as well. I tried to order one bottle of their product, and it became 11 bottles. I tried to cancel the order the same day. The email stated that it would take three days to proceed the order. They shipped the order the very next day. I refused the order and returned it. They are clamming they never received it. I placed an order and when I checked my visa there were 3 purchases on it, I did not purchase 3 orders. Would u please correct this by cancelling the orders and I will reorder.
