      They were no use warnings when ordering, however small bottles recommended checking with Dr. prior to use. Three items I ordered said they acted as blood thinners and if on them not to use. I immediately requested permission to return and receive credit. I was told it would be referred to higher ups, I have contacted them three times now, no further response. I am on blood thinners and cannot use, don’t need any other products.

      I purchased one time from them. I’ve asked over and over by email and phone to be taken off the email list. I never signed up for email in the first place. They will not comply and bombard me w text and emails. I do not want to be on the list. Im sick of it all

      I placed an order and changed my shipping address since I moved from VA to SC. When I completed the order it reverted to my VA address. I tried multiple times to contact with no luck. Got a response they would wait 48 hours before shipping my order and I replied back to change the shipping address. Less than 12 hours later they shipped to my old address. USPS will not forward packages.

      I have tried many times to have this company take off their list of customers. They tell me they have done so but I keep getting texts from them. I am very upset because I don’t want or like their products. I am done trying to get action from them.

      On order#*******, I contacted the company and requested to return and be refunded for the Jasmine Roll On because it irritated my skin. I sent numerous requests in a timely manner. Those request went unanswered then out of the blue they told me it too late to request a refund. I can’t use it and they won’t refund my money. That item cost $22.95 + tax. On order#*******, the customer service has been nonexistent!! First of all, they only sent 3 items from this order. They sent the Lemon oil and a broken up bracelet. I contacted them and sent them a picture at their request. Vitality’s answer was to send me another broken bracelet. At that point, I asked so many times for them to refund my money because this order was placed in June and they still hadn’t sent the complete order. At this time, all I have received is 2 essential oils. I say this is all I have received because I have two broken bracelets and today 8/16/2024, I opened another broken bracelet. I have filled out so many of their refund request, I have called them and not been able to talk to anyone but I left a message and told them I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. I have on numerous occasions in the online complaint told them to not sent me anything else but to just refund my account. That has not happened. I do not want anything further from them. All I want is my money refunded.

      i have phoned them to be on hold for over 20 min. to have Them Disconnect me! I tried to go online with chat and wrote that I need a new spray top for my new 30 ml bottle of frankincense today and NO REPLY (and I am still waiting online now). I want a new spray top to my NEW frankincense that I received today--that is all I need. I also know that if this company does not reply to customer issues I will no longer purchase and spend my money with them! I have been a long time customer for multiple months and also have sent multiple people to this company. I want it known to future customers that this company is a high risk.

      I have purchased quite a few products from them and everything arrives with zero instructions. Thats bad in and of itself. But to make it worse I have sent them specific questions about the products I bought and got no response These are supposedly natural health products but you have no concern for the people who want to buy them and use them. It’s honestly quite shameful. I want all of my money refunded so I can walk away from your product in peace. .

      I placed an order on 5/19/24 for a special offer of 3 bottles of their product Hair Envy Promo for $105.00 - I used a new customer discount coupon that took $25 off of that price of $105.00 - bringing my subtotal before tax to $80.00. (total after tax was $84.80). Their website clearly stated and states that all special offer products are returnable within 60 days, under their return policy page. On 6/25/24 (exactly 30 days after receiving the product) I contacted Vitality Extracts by the phone number listed on ther website which is: ###-###-####. Per their automated phone system, I was told that orders were returnable within 30 days of purchase. They are refusing to provide me a refund, despite all of the above facts. Their website and phone system provides fraudulent information that misleads their customers into buying products they (myself) wouldn't have otherwise bought had I known that the special offer I bought was in fact not returnable within the 60 days as their website (vitalityextracts.com) clearly states.

      I received an email on 06/04/2024 from Vitality thanking me for my purchase and recurring order for "Stress Ease" oil. I did not order this product or request a recurring order. I immediately emailed the company, but have received no response. I did receive an email noting my recurring subscription was cancelled, but my credit card was charged $27.54.

      On Feb. 18, 2024 I placed an online order for $144.97 of merchandise. The Vitality Extracts website blocked my pc from making any copy of the merchandise I purchased and the amounts charged, despite my repeated attempts to keep a copy for my records. When I placed my Vitality Extracts order, the Vitality Extracts "system" stopped my order processing and offered me additional merchandise. But I did not order anything else and I placed my original order for the items included in the $144.97. When my credit card statement arrived I saw that Vitality Extracts had charged me an additional $20.90 that I NEVER AUTHORIZED. I disputed the unauthorized amount of $20.90 with my credit card company. I have also made repeated phone calls to Vitality Extracts to their "customer service" who never answer their phone. The only humans I can reach at the Vitality Extracts company are SALES REPRESENTATIVES only. The SALES REPS tell me they are transferring me to "customer service" but the only humans that answer my "transferred calls" are more SALES REPRESENTATIVES. I am disputing the additional $20.90 that Vitality Extracts charged to my credit card that I NEVER AUTHORIZED AT ANY TIME. Vitality Extracts added their unauthorized $20.90 charge to my credit card separately and after my original $144.97 order. The $20.90 additional charge to my credit card by Vitality Extracts was done illegally because I NEVER AUTHORIZED this amount nor the additional item(s) Vitality Extracts may have added to it, if any. I demand that the $20.90 UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD BE IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED TO MY CREDIT CARD that Vitality Extracts used without my authorization.
