    I made an appointment to have a factory recall repair and a code for check engine light read on 3/26/25 for repair on 04/01/25. I was greeted and checked in great. Things went down hill from there was informed would cost $ ****** for code scan and had to sign for recall parts to be ordered. I asked why was I not informed they had to be ordered when I scheduled appointment. Just was told would be contacted when they arrived. Cancelled code scan went to parts store did it for free got part for $25.00 did get another trip to *********

    Almost every time I take my car in for service, theres some kind of problem. I left the dealership after an oil change to find that all four tires were still just as low as when I arrived. After driving around for a few minutes to make sure the tire pressure monitors had time to adjust, the tire pressures were still low, with psi readings between *****. All four tires had the exact same psi from before the oil change.I drove back to the dealership and asked them to fill my tires to an appropriate pressure. They filled my tires but didnt take accountability or apologize for missing this, even after I said this wasnt the first time this has happened. When this happened before, I just stopped at a gas station and filled them myself. This is the first time I went back to the dealership and asked them to fill my tires. Missing something so basic makes me wonder what else they didnt do.

    I would give them zero stars if it were an option. I went online and filled out the app and explained my situation. They pulled credit and said I was approved and to go in to see Big Al. He immediately told me about how good the credit option program was and how he was going to help. Pulled my credit again and told us nothing could be done and that their credit option team was not good. Stop lying to people.

    Great service. Staff was awesome! Only complaint would be the 2.8 or 2.6 percent surcharge for using a credit card. This is a change in policy since I last had my car serviced there.

    Gave me an alignment that was way off. Took it to big o because the steering wheel was sideways. They didn't set the toe correctly. Waited for over 5 hours for an oil change tire rotation and alignment
