              My Cricut machine suddenly stopped connecting to my computer. I didn't do anything different to it. I tried plugging it into the provided cord, but that wasn't working either. The machine was purchased in December 2022.Customer service instructed me to send them a video of the project, which I agreed to do. It took several days for them to respond to my emails, but they finally informed me that the machine had a connection issue (not helpful) and that I need to purchase a new one. They provided no instructions on how to fix the machine and told me the machine was not under warranty, even though it's less than two years old.This issue seems to be a common problem, but the company refuses to recall the item. It seems like Cricut purposefully makes the products break so that you're forced to buy a new one.

              I have a ticket ID ******* from a conversation I had with a customer service representative about my ********************** Maker **********************. I was experiencing issues with the rubber wheels, which were deteriorating. The customer service person offered me a discounted price for another Maker, as they claimed they had never heard of this issue before. They gave me a $50 coupon to consider purchasing another Cricut.I am concerned because the customer service person blamed me for the rubber wheels deteriorating, asking if I had stored the machine in a garage or exposed it to heat. However, it is a well-known issue that Circuit machines have problems with the rubber wheels, which is widely documented online. This issue has prompted complaints from many other Circut users. I believe this issue could potentially lead to a class-action lawsuit because it is unfair to consumers. I do not understand why this company does not recall all the machines that have rubber wheels.
