Id give them a 0 if it was possible. I have owned the Cricut 3 and now have the cameo 4 and big thanks to yall for ruining my desire to ever make anything on the cricut again. Softwre is terrible.. wont stay connected to bluetooth, wont cut at the auto cut settings. Its garbage. I should have stuck with my other one instead of thinking i needed a new one. Thank you Cricut for ruining my experience with making shirts....DO NOT RECOMMENDCricut

Growing so frustrated. I bought an explore air 2 wanting to make intricate items, and things like bookmarks, keychains, and car decals. Even when cutting bigger decals it would not cut all the way through the vinyl. When I'd lift the vinyl nothing would be left on the carrier sheet. Or it would absolutely shred the vinyl. Went back and forth with cricut. They end up sending me a new machine. This machine is preforming the exact same and the button is flashing red which I read is bad. I've tried it in different outlets, different design space settings, material settings, pressure settings. Now they want to send another blade to see forsure it's the machine not the blade... same as first time... so drawn out... its been total 4 months and still not a machine thay works. This last time I'm told to cut something other than vinyl... why? It's what I bought it for! It's all I had. He was asking me to cut printer paper... then he says maybe I should only make big projects... really? I've seen intricate cuts the machine can do if it actually works... and again- not what I bought it for. Sure hope they send me a machine that works or I'm out a lot of money.Cricut

If i could give negative reviews I would. Let me just start with. I have been a loyal customer of ******************** for over 5. Never once have I attempted to make a return or call customer service to complain. However, today has changed my opinion with cricut forever. I, like many other crafters, have invested thousands of dollars into my cricket. Today, I am done. Their return policy is insulting. The customer service is not friendly to the consumers' needs. We pay insane amounts for machines, tools, and materials if your machine breaks and there's no way to repair it. (little parts like the rollers on the roller bar) I purchased a maker 4 i was sent an Explorer 4. The day i received the item. i called telling them that I had received the Explorer 4. I would have to pay over $100 for the shipping to return the machine. This is not a customer friendly business. All they care about is taking your money. They do not care about the customer at all. To be treated like this by a company that I have been a customer of for 5 years is insulting. I then had to cancel my subscription. I was planning on buying a cricket maker. 4. However, after reading these reviews, I have called them, and after being treated like this. It is beyond insulting to your customers. Not to mention all the issues that you have with the design space every time you open it up it goes through this huge update thing it it interferes with the projects that you have going on so if you're in the middle of something it has to update guess what you're getting kicked off and it's messing up your project. I have put up with all of that for 5 years, and this was the final straw for me. It would make cricket a much better company if they were more friendly to their customers. Honestly just DON'T they are horrible they care about no one but their selves! I have been a customer for about 20 years and to find out that you have to be rich to enjoy any of their services? No thanks! I am here to advocate for the poor and middle class because I was poor growing up and remember enjoying their first machines made! They were amazing! Now, Not so much! Basically you HAVE to have windows 10 or 11 but be careful even then. When the next update happens you will also need to buy a new computer to enjoy their services! And trust me they do not care about you or making you happy! They are to big for their britches! So disappointed from when they first started this business! It would have been easy to allow all windows but no they want more money so... Before 2020 this would have been a 5 star review but now 1 and that is on them for leaving out the little guys!Cricut

Awful company with dishonest business practices. You unknowingly sign up for a monthly fee when creating an account. Its small enough to not notice it is "deceptive or unfair auto-renewal practices." Cricut is violating consumer protection laws by doing this. They offer no refund, nothing. No one should sign you up for anything automatically if there is a fee. Federal law on automatic renewals has gotten stronger and more far-reaching in recent years. For this reason...garbage company. Buy a better machine that works well and doesn't scam you like a Silhouette (Cameo 4 or Portrait 3), Siser ******* or ******* Starcraft (Solo), or Brother *********** DX). These are all better options.Cricut

It got cancelled because I cancelled it myself. Your company has been of zero help. You require people to have an account to use your services. You use sneaky ways to subscribe people to your services. If I didn't remember signing up and I'm being unknowingly charged, I would say you are at fault here. For those reading they will lock features and have you pay for them. I THOUGHT I was paying for a one-time use of an image (It's My Birthday 3, Vinyl charged $0.99), but it looks like they then signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge. I never used it but they kept charging me monthly. I can tell you FOR SURE, I thought I was buying a $0.99 image and they then started charging me for a monthly subscription. Save yourselves and buy a Silhoutte. Better machine, better features, no tricking you into a subscription. You CAN refund...you are just choosing not to because you are an unethical business and you know it. Look at your reviews and class action lawsuits, which speak for themselves.Review fromConstance S

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Cricut. I ordered the top-of-the-line machine and a bundle, along with hundreds of dollars' worth of additional items, on February 16, 2025. Now, it's March 24, 2025, and I still havent received my order. Ive spent countless hours tracking down Purolator and ****** Post, but Cricut insists its not their fault. To make matters worse, the machine I ordered is no longer available because theyve released a new version. If I had placed my order today, I would have received the new machine and bundle, which costs less than what I paid for my original order. When I asked if they would upgrade my machine to make up for the inconvenience, Cricut refused. To top it off, they told me that if I wanted to return the items I received, I would have to cover the return shipping costs. I cannot stress this enough: do NOT order directly from Cricut. Youre better off buying from a store where youll actually be treated with respect, and the retailer will back their products and service. Cricuts customer service has been a nightmare, and I regret making my purchase through them.Cricut

Worst company ever save your money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!! ****************!!! They are a scam. A complete joke . Wish I could rate them negative stars. After going back and forth trying to return a cricut maker machine. Waiting days to respond and then they kept giving me the run around. I had to upload pictures, and write a number on a piece of paper. They finally send me a number that needs to go on the shipping label. I spend $100 to return everything to them since they claim theyre not responsible for returns. All for nothing the shipping carrier I choose sent all the packages back to me stating the address the circuit company gave me to return said items to them , left the building and did not leave a address or a way to get in contact with them.Cricut

Cricut customer service is horrible. Long story short, my daughters power button on her machine was stuck so they are sending a replacement. We are able to turn on themachine by prying it open and we told **************** that we needed to make shirts before a show that is happening on Friday. I called them and asked if they could reactivate the old machine since the new machine will not get here before Friday they said no. We spend hundreds of dollars on the machine and accessories, and the least they could do is offer a courtesy activation on the old machine orexpedite the new one and none of that was allowed.Cricut
