I would not recommend this company as they took my money and then did not provide the services that I paid for. The owner is argumentative and extremely combative.

********, we received, and worked with you and the BBB on your last complaint on 1/22/24.....under Case # ******** where we declined to refund you for the work we did. We still wish you luck in your future endeavors. 

Definitely NOT a scam, and I regularly get text invites from scam credentialing companies. Rush Credentialing assisted my therapy practice in getting two providers credentialed with multiple insurance companies in 2022. The cost was reasonable, and the timing of the approvals/completed credentialing was within the standard time frame for the industry. If I could I would give them 4.5 stars because I found the communication challenging at times. I ultimately went with a different company for my subsequent credentialing and billing needs as I was told that the level of communication I was seeking was beyond the scope/ability of the business. It is certainly possible that I am just needy/ask more questions than the average practice owner. As a small business owner, I can certainly understand/respect their perspective if that's the case. It just wasn't for me, and I don't have anything overtly negative to report. If you don't anticipate needing much direct communication about questions regarding services, and are okay with most communication being via email, I would recommend giving Rush Credentialing a try. They delivered on their contract and I was able to begin seeing patients through insurance within a few months of reaching out to them. Again, definitely not a scam, and they accomplished the primary goal of the contract.

Since we are on the phone with the health insurances on our clients behalf most of the day, I agree that it can sometimes be challenging to answer every phone call that comes in. We strive to return voice messages asap, and typically reply to emails the same day. It was a pleasurer working with you on your credentialing needs, and getting credentialing approvals for all your payers.
