    An absolute joke! When asking the company for proof of scientific claims and actual amounts of ingredients they put in writing, the precise ratios of SOD B Dimpless, CLA, and Collagen within our proprietary blend are considered internal information and are not publicly disclosed. When I asked the company to disclose the research studies that they claim, they said, We are unable to share the specific details of these internal findings publicly. Sounds to me like some shady business. It seems to be a bunch of false claims for incredibly expensive products. If your product was so amazing, wouldnt you want to share this with everybody?n amount of ingredients they said they cant tell you And they actually put this in an email, in writing when I asked the amount of actual collagen side be dimple ingredients. Oh no, how do you do that? Yeah asking the company How much of collagen, so be Ingredients Are you guys going to get something Sunday?

    I have been taking liquid collagen for 4 years now. I also take digestive enzymes and their prebiotic. For my face I use cellproof serum and cream. I have awesome contacts in ********** if a major issue should arrise. I am in ************ and the customer service when I had 2 issues handled it well.

    Received my first order without issue. Subscribed, and next order was "lost in shipment". Was only given the option to receive a refund or re-order within 10 days. I was also told to call the shipping company to see if they could offer a refund. (But I didn't pay them??) Expedited shipping on the replacement order was denied, even though the company acknowledged my product had been lost in transit. This is one of the most expensive subscriptions I pay for and won't even be able to be consistent with it's use as the company recommends. Further questions on the online chat went ignored so will discontinue this subscription. Not a great experience, especially given the expense.

    Absolutely worst customer service and they ramp up their auto shipments. Email is not valid so to even get customer service is a nightmare. Some products are amazing but they are literally banking on customers not paying attention to their charging/shipping practices. They NEVER refund and I had to call the bank to dispute an item that was never ordered. Terriblez

    I have been ordering their liquid collagen for over a year and when my product did not arrive, I called them and they told me there was nothing they can do about it and they would not refund my money. I would not continue to do business with this company.

    I understand that my returned package has already been received, but Im concerned that I still havent received my refund. Its been a few days since the return, and I was expecting the refund to be processed automatically upon receipt. Can you please provide an update on the status of my refund?

    Terrible, I was fweling sick all week on the 5 day drop Which consist of Taking four different products at a time daily. I was nauseated, dizzy, bloated and had gas. I told the lady who sells it that I was not going to take it today, Which would have been the fifth day. I stopped taking it and have felt better and even had an appetite. There was no appetite while I was doing it.I had to force myself for those two hour feedings. After telling me this, she wanted to sell me another product and I was like h*** no. What is wrong with these people? Just take it as some people Are okay with taking it and some people aren't. I don't think any of the products do anything. I think it's the way you eat..... There were no benefits To the products I could have lost the same amount of weight, two pounds, if I had done it without the product and felt better. I would not waste my money ever again on any of their products. All they want to do is sell a bunch of c*** for an expensive price. I lost five pounds in two days.Doing a colonoscopy clean out, for real.....

    Modere products are expensive, I did not lose a thing. It has no effect on weight loss as they promise. They had a computer update and sent 3 times my order which was ****** more than my paycheck taken out of my bank account. Called which took forever on hold told I was told to refuse the package. I refused the package from Fed Ex it was returned to my house three times. I emailed requesting a return label they do not provide a return label. I had to take it to the ************* and pay ***** to send it back to the Modere ************** No refund received. I called again on hold 57 minutes finally spoke with a representative to receive the refund. What a huge hassle. Very unprofessional way to run a business.
