I was in the market for a supplement called Tudca. I went on-line and discovered Nutricost. Their Tudca product got better reviews than other suppliers. I went on-line and tried to order the product via my Amazon Prime account. Amazon said the product was unavailable and they didn`t think they would get it again. I thought this was peculiar since you can buy anything on Amazon. So I went directly to Nutricost on line and ordered 3 bottles using my ApplePay card. A total of $106.33 was charged to my card. I subsequently started receiving conflicting and contradictory messages from Nutricost. I got emails saying the product was shipped followed by emails that said the product running behind and Nutricost would alert me when the carrier moved the product. There was a gap of about 9 days before their next email. This email showed the shipping address. I was startled to discover the product was being shipped to the wrong address. I immediately emailed Nutricost to tell them the address was incorrect. Rather than apologize and fix the problem, I was told I put the wrong. Address on the order form. I challenged them to prove it by sending me a copy of the order form. They didn`t. ****** in **************** told me they do not edit addresses once the product has shipped. ****** was unwilling to contact the carrier and give them the correct address. I called **** *****. They did the job that ****** should have done. They tracked my package and found that the package was returned to the sender. I called ****** and asked for a refund. Despite their 60-day return policy, ****** said they could not refund at this time. She subsequently emailed to say they refunded me. She claimed she used my ApplePay card with the same number. The number she used was not the correct number. I emailed again to say the number was incorrect. She argued that she used the same # the product was billed to. I called Apple and confirmed none of Apple Cards has that #. Crazy!
