  Today May 6, 2023 I attended the *** ** event at M&M Auto in ****** **. ADS MotorSports of ************** has a booth set up and is selling boondocker Diablo turbo kits (along with other things) for Can Am Mavericks. My dear friend bought one because they were advertised for the full kit, including injectors, turbo, full exhaust, dynojet tuner and other parts not listed here. My niece and I then spoke to two different sales people of ADS inquiring multiple times what the "full kit" included and that they were all there. Both salespeople assured us they were the entire kit and included all the parts and went through a pre-sale inspection to be sure. My niece paid the $1072 and grabbed the first box and took it to the truck. I paid the $1072 and wheeled mine to the truck and realized while loading it it said "missing dinojet" on the top in red. I walked back to the booth and asked them what it meant and the sales lady assured me that they were pre checked and that everything was in there. I asked her "if I get home and they are not in there, I can just get ahold of you and you'll get them to me at no extra cost, correct?" She said "yep!" I walked back to the truck and my friend, mother and niece were checking all three boxes to be sure the parts promised were included. My nieces box had everything, my friends box had everything, my box was missing the dynojet tune and injectors. I walked back to the booth. She called the store. They told me too bad there is nothing they can do. "Just return it if you're not happy with what you got" I asked why they were not sticking to what they had just promised me and she said "we'll return your money." I asked if they would just include the parts as promised, they said no. I asked for a discount to get the parts from them they said "no, lets just return it." She turned to the salesman that helped me and said "no big deal, we'll just resell it" no desire to make it right. The parts missing totaled $800 to buy separately.

  I am sorry to hear about your interaction with our team at the M&M Swap Meet. Unfortunately there is more to this story that is missing, to avoid writing a novel, the turbo kit you were wanting to buy that was unfortunately missing a piece or two was already heavily discounted by thousands of dollars. These kits retail for $5000+, $1072 was a killer deal even if you were missing a piece/s that would cost $800 to replace. I am sorry you didn't have a good interaction team, but normally with parts that are heavily discounted like this, they are a final sale and non refundable. We refunded you in full and took the parts back.

  This all terrain vehicle dealer is taking deposits on machines that out 12 months + for delivery . As the delivery date approaches the date gets prolonged even longer . In the event that you want to cancel your order ADS MOTORSPORTS will not reimburse you deposit even though it’s their problem for not delivering in the time agreed . They are scamming people left & right . I call them today to cancel my order and to get my deposit back and they told me that the deposit is none refundable. It’s a scam that is going on for I while now . Please help us .
