I had purchased a colt 1911 from SW with the extended protection plan. Took the 1911 to the range and found out the front sight was way off. I brought it in to store and had it sent off to colt for repairs. The firearm was at colt for 3 months b4 I had gotten it back. I took it home for further inspection only to find out colt had put a nice groove in the frames finish and somehow messed the ident plunger/spring up to where I could not get the firearm back together. So that same day I went back up to sportsman only to have the guy behind counter put another scratch in the frame trying to get it back together. At this point I don't even want the firearm. I didn't spend 1500 to have the gun in the shop. So they are sending it back to colt. When I asked about returning it they told me to just sell it on the used online market because colt won't buy it back and SW WOULD BUY it but at a huge price gouge. What the heck stand behind your products I would like my money returned. The
