      Purchased a GCI one person, one minute canopy from sportsman’s warehouse for $270. The canopy broke on 2nd time putting it up. I took it back to the store and asked them to replace it or give me a store credit to buy a different one. They had told me they would have exchanged it if they had any in stock but wouldn’t give me a store credit?! I contacted customer support, was told to send in pictures and they’d send me a replacement. Just received a reply, that now I have to contact the manufacturer. So you don’t back your products????? You sell faulty products and will in no way help a customer who gets scammed by something you’re selling?

      i purchased two pairs of Hi-Tec hiking shoes in May (order number # **********) to compare sizes and returned one pair in June. I wore the second pair several times and the seam on the right outer sole separated. i contacted the company for a defect refund and was told that 30 days from my order date had expired and they did not refund. they referred me to the manufacturer for defect support. the manufacturer policy is to only issue refunds from direct purchase or Amazon sales and directed me back to Sportsman's warehouse for resolution. The mfg (hi-tec) also reviewed my feedback and stated product has been discontinued so warranty claim is not possible. the retailer does not want to provide a refund. i have also contacted my credit card company to see if i can put a block on the payment but this is uncertain due to the time delays between order and shipping, size comparisons, and communications with the seller and mfg. I'd like a refund.

      I purchased a bow from sportsman warehouse on June 15th and never opened the pkg. Ups was here, I told them to return to sender, never touching the pkg. They informed me they were issuing the refund July 3rd and I have not received it. They keep telling me to take it up with my bank but it has nothing to do with my bank. They have not issued the refund.

      I ordered a pair of Body Glove Men’s Water Sidewinder Shoes order number **********. Unfortunately, the order defaulted to pick up in Naples, FL. But did not notice. When I received an email to pick up in Naples I called. The individual said he had to have me physically there to cancel. He said he has orders waiting for pick up for 4 months. He advised to call their Corporate Customer Service. I did twice with a week spacing, I also emailed them twice and no response. I am not driving 2.5 hours to Naples to pick those shoes not economical effective. In good faith I ordered another pair but this time I made sure to check the delivery address and yes their system automatically defaults to pick up at their Naples store which is a little good scam for people ordering and never pick up. The store gets the money and most likely after a period they put the merchandise back in their inventory but not this time. I’m asking to cancel my pick up order and receive a full refund back to my original funding source.

      I ordered a fishing pole from sportsmans warehouse. They supposedly shipped it via ups. The ups tracking number (******************) they provided says its lost. I contacted sportsmans for a refund, or delivery of lost item with no response from them. At this point a refund would be ideal. I purchased this fishing pole for a trip that has now passed, so I don't have a for the lost item.

      I cancelled my order ********** and requested a refund on June 29. Customer service stated I would be refunded in 5-7 business days.Today July 11 they state that the cancellation was processed but will take my bank 7-10 days to process...and Sportsmans refuses to provide a cancellation referral number. Reading reviews of this company suggests they have a pattern of obstruction/delaying refunds. Request my refund be processed immediately.

      On 7/8/2023 I purchased a Tactacam Reveal X-Pro Cellular Trail Camera for $149.99 online for ***** ****. It said it would be available to pickup that day at their Bend, OR location. I drove 90 minutes to pick it up. I found out that it actually was not at the store and I had received another email saying it was being shipped from another store, but would be available for pickup that day. On 7/9/23 the store said it was still not there and they did not know when it would be. I asked to cancel the order, but they said they couldn’t and would have to call their national number. Their national number said the product wouldn’t arrive until 7/17/23 and I couldn’t cancel it until then and it would take an additional 5-10 days after that to receive my funds back. I would never have purchased it if their website and emails hadn’t said it would be available that day. This is the second time this exact same issue has arisen. I would like them to stop saying it will be available that day when it is not. I would also like an immediate refund or same day delivery of product to my home address.

      0/100.Today Zach and Chris at the Utah call Center gave us some of the worst communication, I wouldn't call it service, I have received in recent memory. We ordered felt bottom Simms boots with expedited shipping that cost $35.00. The boots arrived late and were not felt bottom boots. All the original boots we ordered are now out of stock. So Zach explained that he can't send us another pair without us paying the $100.00 difference since the boots that have in stock are move expensive. (sounds Fishy) I go on my trip tomorrow and we asked if we could wear the wrong boots and then return them and get the boots we had originally ordered. Zach explained they can't take worn boots back and that there is nothing they can do because that's the policy. He offered to give us a 15% discount and said that's the best he can do. After Zach almost had my wife in tears they transferred and by transfer it sounded like they were laughing at us as he handed the phone over to Chris. Chris the "supervisor" then explained to me that if I wanted to try and wear the boots I might could return them they but would just have to be re-sellable if I caught his drift. Our wrong boots that arrived late also already came scuffed, and with the way we were treating us it seems better to not take the chance and lie. After begging and pleading for some help so that I can safely traverse the waters and not fall and break my arm or leg we finally agreed that I should probably not wear them and just return them. Since there was nothing they could do to make the situation right we got off the phone and then 5 min later we got an email that deducted 25 dollars off our total. The reason stated that we had ordered the wrong boots. It makes me sad to write this because I love Sportsman's Warehouse, I used them a lot through Covid. However todays interaction doesn't just make me mad/sad, I will never shop with those folks again.

      This company demands they take your government issued ID into private room where I cannot monitor their activities with it before they will deliver any merchandise ordered online to be picked up in the store. The further refuse to return the ID when I requested it and took it into the previously mentioned private room. As soon as I voiced my discomfort, they are required to return my ID and at that point it is within their rights to refuse to deliver the merchandise. Refusing to return my ID and further taking it into a room completely out of my line of sight is a criminal act. The Sportsmans Warehouse order number in question is **********.

      I placed an order online on a $600 dollar item. 2 days later they indicated the item has shipped, but neglected to send me tracking information. I contacted them via their contact for inquiring about tracking info, they did not respond. A week after the item has supposedly shipped I called waited on the phone to get a actual person to get my tracking number. They informed me my item has still not shipped and thats why there is no tracking number. They have no idea as to why this in stock item was marked as shipped then not actually shipped. The item is for a trip and I purchased it to receive it in time based on they website delivery time and after calling to confirm the item is in stock and ready to ship. To date the item has still not shipped and I have not been given a reason for they holding up my shipment. Will it really ship today, tomorrow this week? Who knows. Why is logistics marking it as shipped, to hid the fact they they are not doing their job? I was informed by the agent it could take as long as 1 month to get my item which is "In Stock" WHY????
