      Ordered on website 5/28/24 selecting only items available in-store as I wanted to pick up later the same day. Once they started filling the order it changed to 4 separate days for availability. Called support to cancel as soon as I noticed (within 4 hours) and they will not cancel and refund money until all items have arrived at the store. They are holding my money hostage for 2 weeks and then another 5-7 days they state to return to my bank. It is unacceptable to not return my money immediately when I have received no merchandise.

      I purchased a sunntto compass from sportsman warehouse on 28 April 2024 order number ********** . With my debt card they debted my account for 75 dollars the amount of purchase. About two hours later they emailed me saying that the order was cancelled because payment verification issue I called my bank Wells Fargo they informed me sportsman warehouse debted my account already for the amount of purchase. I either want my money back or the item I purchased shipped. This is a extremely poor way for a reputable company to conduct business.

      On April 19, 2024, I ordered a pair of Salomon hiking shoes which cost $156.55. On April 23, 2024, I received a hair Buff, which cost $10.99 INSTEAD of the hiking shoes. I did NOT order anything other than the hiking shoes. They sent me the hair buff instead of the shoes. When I called Customer Service, I spoke with Whitney who not only told me that I would need to return the buff, but at my expense. I told her that this was THEIR MISTAKE, NOT MINE, but she insisted that I would not get my shoes until I returned the hair buff which is a fraction of the cost of the shoes and it wasn't my mistake. She confirmed for me that yes, I did order the shoes, but because I received the buff, I would need to send it back before I could have the shoes. I asked for a manager, but conveniently, a manager wasn't available. Supposedly they're calling me back, but I'm not holding my breath especially after reading the reviews on here. I have disputed the charge with my credit card, so hopefully they'll give me a refund because I'm sure I won't get one from Sportsmans Warehouse! They are deceitful and this shouldn't be acceptable!

      Between orders ********** and **********, I have paid for 2 Okuma 203 DLX fishing reels, made multiple in store attempts to pickup my items that were supposedly ready for pickup and currently have possession of none. I only want 1 of these items at the price the seller agreed to sell it to me. After so many unproductive calls and emails, I am submitting this complaint. 2000 characters is way too few to describe the saga, so please see attachments for more details.

      Company sells items and lists them as available to pick up from store with a suggested date for pickup, I Ordered and waited 4 days only to find the item is delayed with no explanation, upon contacting sportsman's they advised they were searching for inventory and it was unknown if I would receive the item. Stop selling things that you don't own. I will never use sportsman's warehouse again, online or in person.

      On 3/31/24 I ordered a pair of shoes off Sportsmans.com. I paid with a mix of gift card and visa debit card. When I ordered the shoes I ordered size 11 in men's and received a size 11 women's. The mistake was verified over the phone with Aubrey from Sportsman's Warehouse and she confirmed it was an accident on their end, whomever got the shoes did not follow proper protocol such as checking the bar code with the order confirmation. Now this inconvenience has been passed to me. Sportsman's Warehouse now expects me to re-pack my order, go to the post office, and send it back. After receiving the item they will offer a refund and I can purchase the order again if I still want them. I let them know I do not mind returning the wrong size or having to wait for the right size to come to me, but it is not my responsibility to go out of my way to the post office and re-purchase said item and wait for a refund. This has already cost me an hour and a half on the phone between Aubrey, Connor, and Ashley. Connor is another representative that answered the line and Ashley is the manager who was on duty at the time. All 3 wanted me to send the incorrect order back and wait for a refund and then purchase the item again. I just want the size shoe that I ordered and should not be held responsible for their mistakes and spend my time and gas money to correct it for them. On top of the issue described above, they would not let me talk to anyone else to try to resolve this, they hung up on me, lied to me, and were discourteous.

      I went through a full purchase of a P365XL @ Sportsman Warehouse in Portland . I have a valid CA driver's license and a valid Oregon car registration card (I own a home and live in Portland) . This legally is enough to purchase a gun in Oregon until I get my OR ID. (I bought 2 guns already using this method via FFL) My background check was cleared by ATF and I was informed to come get the gun...... After going through the whole process when I bought the gun(hours) 3/27/24 and today(hours), 4/2/24 fingerprints, ect.....The manager lady comes over and says u cant buy a gun here with a CA license.....THE PAPER WORK I SUBMITTED TO OREGON ATF FOR BACKGROUND CHECK WAS CLEARED. She said don't argue with me or I'll have you physically THROWN from the store. I said Ok if i can't purchase the gun then give me a refund.....She refunded me 10.00 and I left as she was a nasty troll.....I just got home......Where is the refund for the P365XL? As of today I have not received my refund for 629.00. I have emailed [email protected] 4/2/24 and filled a claim with BOFA to deny purchase. They need to refund my money and maybe I should file a complaint since I was physically threatend by manager lady. Please get my money back from these bad actors.

      Sportsman's Warehouse admittedly is not following Colorado law and holding firearms for longer than necessary. They will take the money but then hold a firearm for 96 hours, instead of the 72 required by Colorado law. This is illegal seizure of property! The manager on duty at the firearm table between 3:52pm and 4:07pm made this a miserable experience by his complete rude behavior. All asoociates before him were great! I need the cameras reviewed so that this alleged "manager" can be coached on what customer service is. After speaking with associates who said it was store policy to hold firearms for 96 hours, I asked for a manager. The jerk who was acting as manager didn't even introduce himself, he just looked at me and said "Hi, no!" I asked "No, what?". "No you don't get your firearm" was his reply Is this how Sportsman's Warehouse trains their managers to behave? This was entirely unprofessional and a piss poor experience and it needs addressed.

      Order # ********** 3 box of 454 Casull ammunition magtech item number 1815596 total value $146.97 At time of purchase shows in stock date of purchase March 15 2024. My order was labeled "delay" then out of stock. Now shows Canceled. I paid this with a sportsmans warehouse gift card. I would like a refund. This company has poor customer service does not help their customers.

      I purchased a product and was given a shipping label for a gift for my son-in-law for Christmas. He is a new father and didn’t send it back within their timeframe and now we are stuck with a product that we can’t use. I have been pleased with their customer service before, but now I am, very disgusted that they wouldn’t work with us. The customer service person was good, but she was not able to talk her supervisor into getting him to give us our refund. The product is usable and resalable and they would not budge. I would not buy from this company again, and suggest that no one else does. They also took their time when we were trying to get the shipping label and we had to call them because they did not answer the email to begin with, so it’s their fault also and they would not work with us. It’s only been two days past the Deadline.
