1 starI'm reaching out because I understand this is AutoSavvys corporate headquarters, and I feel its important to bring to your attention what occurred at one of your locations.Yesterday, I visited your ********* location to finalize the purchase of a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 4WD truck. The day prior, I submitted a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle, based on an agreed-upon purchase price. However, upon reviewing the final documents, I noticed a $1,499 charge for Apex Protection a fee that was never discussed or agreed to during the negotiation. When I raised the issue, I was told the protection package had already been installed on the vehicle and that it was part of the deal. I made it clear that this charge was not authorized, but the staff insisted it was non-negotiable.Frankly, I felt coerced into accepting the charge. I had driven from *********, ****, and my wife was with me and eager to proceed with the purchase otherwise, I would have walked away. While your team may consider this transaction a win, I see it as a serious breach of ******** give you context, this was the 23rd branded-title vehicle Ive purchased. Im the kind of long-term, loyal customer any dealership would want. This was my first purchase with AutoSavvy and, regrettably, it will be my ********** is everything to me, and in this case, it was clearly compromised. I wanted you to be aware of the experience, not out of spite, but in the hope that it can help you improve future customer interactions.Review fromRicky G

1 starI bought a 2023 ***** ODYSSEY and it has had a squeaky sound for months. I took it to shop to see if they could find it, and when they looked, they said it was the sloppiest work they have ever seen, and all the welds were not done very good. I have called AutoSavvy and keep getting a voicemail that says its full. Never buy from themReview fromQuacian W

1 starI bought a *** *** 2020 and couple weeks into me buying the car two weeks to be exact. My axel broke. I had to pay out of pocket for the axel and I had a warranty. I was told the warranty would cover everything but yet I had to pay out of pocket for it. couple months after me fixing my axle my car started making weird noises the was no light on indicating that something was wrong and two weeks ago My car stopped right in the middle of the road as soon as the lights hit red I tried to call auto savvy They told me to find a mechanic in my town and I did but they told me that they wouldnt take my warranty so I called auto savvy again and let them know what was happening and they told me to tow my car to *** I towed it to *** I was told I need a new engine however to that I was told by auto savvy that everything in the car was brand new so why am I getting so much trouble with the car. now that I sent my car to *** they told me I need a new engine. I called auto savvy and let them know that *** told me that they wont take the warranty because the warranty would not cover anything so they told me to ship my car back to auto savvy and I told them what the *** told me about my engine and they told me that they dont take work from other people so they have to do a diagnostic test themselves so now I have to pay a whole $300 for a diagnostic that they wouldnt even take and now Im gonna have to pay a whole tow truck just to get my car over there. Im tired of this company. I am so tired and I even asked them to have me switch my car out now theyre telling me that I have to pay $2000 for me to switch my car out like I dont understand this place. I dont understand this company and Im sick of it. I would never recommend this company to anybody. I wish I could give them 0 stars that place is horrible.Review fromMarco S

2 starsI bought a 2021 dodge charger Scatpack, I understand that the cars are sold is, I feel robbed by the fact the my tires look prettier chewed up, and my brakes, rotors are going to need to be replaced here pretty soon. I called the service center but they said tires and brakes as is, Im looking to spend about 2000 minimum for these repairs. My car has a slight vibration at 70 miles an hour and they claim its the tires so Im hoping thats the case as well.Review fromBill F

1 starI would have to say this company should be ashamed! I purchased a ********************* 2023. I was given a Experian report on the car. I was told and shown that this vehicle was in a minor finder binder so my spouse and I were ok this should be fine. I did purchase extra warranty for safety measures. I have had to take the car in for the A/C serviced spent $800 for that (not covered by warranty), took the car in for just a routine oil change and tires to be rotated. The manager came back that he recommended that the water pump be replaced because it looks like it has been leaking. This was replaced and thank goodness the warranty cover the $3000.00! But we also found out that the warranty we purchased when buying the car, that it was easier to say what the warranty would cover then not! He to told my husband that the motor in it was not the original and that lots more could go wrong and recommend we get out of it as soon as we could!!! With all this being said. I recently took the car in for a trade, the salesman comes back after getting the car appraised for trade in and gives me a CARFAX and says to my husband and I did yall know that your car shows that it should have been a total loss! And of course we didnt not know this! Explains why AutoSavvy ran an Experian report instead of a CarFax!!! This is because that report they gave us ( in which I saved with the docs I sighed when we purchased it) didnt go into great detail! I can promise anyone if I new what I didnt when I read the Carfax we would have never purchased this vehicle and be so upside down in our trade and pay the monthly payment that we did for a year and a half! This company should be banned, closed down and feel ashamed for what they sale to their customers! I do not recommend them to anyone!Review fromTerence D

2 starsI purchased a 2021 ****** Frontier. After the purchase, I drove it a little over 100 miles. The clutch began to spin with the truck ultimately coming to a stop. Upon contacting their service department, they informed me that the "special" four-month warranty does not cover clutch failure. I highly recommend that no one purchase anything from AutoSavvy.Review fromRosalie T

1 starI went in asking about a specific car. Everyone was lazy and no one tried to help me right away. We asked ****** and she took us for a test drive. I called back and offered a deal and she refused. Then the finance manager called me and asked how it went. I told him that I was turned down. Then he rudely asked me if I went somewhere like ********, would I be able to make a deal. I said, no but this is a dealership. He said that car dealerships don't make deals. That was the first lie. The second lie was that I should not trust ***** Blue Book. I was astonished. I couldn't believe that a dealer would talk like this. As if I was dumb and would listen to his lies. Then I told him that it was probably because I was a woman. In which he stated that HE was offended because he identified as a woman. But he did not sound anywhere near feminine. Which is likely the third lie. Because if you identify as a woman, you should sound somewhat like a "woman", as is the original definition of a woman. I apologized to him anyway. You can't trust car dealers, and it is evident right here. The worse service I have ever received, anywhere, ever!Review fromJenna S

1 starI bought a car from AutoSavvy Clearwater in October. About a month after the seat belt was locking up and I couldnt put it on. The door will not shut allowing water to come inside the car. I have reached out numerous times and have gotten no solution. They have the absolute worst customer service/ care for their customers. I would NEVER refer anyone to this place. It has been almost a year and still have not gotten any of my problems fixed. They tell me they will have someone call me and do not.Review fromKatie M

1 starSTAY AWAY from this dealership. I bought a car from them in May. FOUR DAYS LATER the check engine light came on...took it in and the entire engine needed to be replaced. They had my car for 6 weeks. I had traded my car in and someone at the dealership was harassing me, texting me incredibly rude and inappropriate texts at various hours for weeks. STAY AWAY. I wish I never bought my car from them.
