    Item was lost in shipping. Contacted company told me they had to contact shipping carrier. Did not respond back afterwards. Completed contact requesting refund but did nothing. Requesting reimbursement of funds for order. Order# *********

    I placed an order on 1/31/2023 at 12:01:07 PM. The package was returned to the original sender and we have not received a refund or any communication from the seller. I have inquired multiple times through their website, called, and emailed with no response. We seek a fair resolution of (1) to be refunded for our original purchase or (2) to have them ship us what we paid for.

    Hi,

    The order was indeed returned back to us due to insufficient address. Customer contacted us requesting for a refund or replacement in two separate occasions. We responded to the customer's emails twice attempting to confirm their shipping address before we reship their order. But unfortunately, we never received a response. Please see attached screenshots of the emails we sent.

    As the customer is already requesting a refund, we have refunded the full amount of $149.81 back to their credit. They should receive an email confirmation regarding the refund processed.
