    I bought a car from them 2 weeks ago and it is needing 3k of work on the vehicle. He agreed to fix the issues but when I had called back he acted like he was not the same person and that he did not care about the issue. I made a down payment on the car for 2k dollars and at this point I would just like the money back so I can actually get a dependable car

    I am writing you today on behalf of Exit 19 Auto sales. Case number above. My name is ******, I am the sales manager at the office. Ms ******** came in and bought the vehicle on 10-12-22. Which was actually three weeks from her letter to you guys instead of two like she stated. She test drove the vehicle and signed and was giving a copy of our as is agreement. We knew about the power steering issue, and told her we’d help her fix it. But she chose not to. Our next communication she sent her brother to our shop to threaten one of our workers. Saying he was getting the money back. Very rude and very uncalled for. Said the car was not drivable that the axel broke and more things as well. However, the brother was driving the vehicle while he come to threaten us. Since then we’ve gotten video evidence of her brother driving the vehicle that was supposed to be broken and not drivable. With no tag on the back and the 30 day tag on the front. We would love to get this resolved quickly and smoothly. Please reach out with any further questions. Thank you for your help on this case! Car lot number is ************
